Egg Coffee like nothing else! - We had a fun time learning about the origins and making of egg coffee. Our teacher, An, was excellent and we really enjoyed our time with him!

Great coffee experience - This was a short perfect introduction to Vietnamese egg coffee. We learned the history as well as how to make it. We developed strong appreciation for the Vietnamese, coffee, culture, and found the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. Noah was a great host.

High quality classes, teachers and products - The classes are so fun, and well built too. You get a little bit of history, a little bit of basic knowledge on coffee and the ingredients and you also get hands on experience which is amazing. We had the “Fun and easy” coffee experience first with Vi as our teacher, and he was very patient, understanding and has so much knowledge on everything related to coffee and coffee making. We had so much fun that we decided to have the egg coffee class with Quan three weeks later. We especially liked this class, since we were only the two of us in the course, and Quan was an excellent teacher too. I highly recommend stopping at the shop either for coffee classes or just to get a good cup of coffee.

Fun class in Ho Chi Minh City - After trying egg coffee in Hanoi I was excited to try my hand at making my own.
The class was held in a cool (both temperature and style-wise!) space upstairs in an unassuming building.
We were a small group of 5 students from around the world and our instructor, Julie, was very sweet and patient with us.
The class was fun and informative.
I enjoyed receiving my 'certificate of completion' and of course enjoyed drinking my coffee.

Excellent Hands-on Workshop - We had an excellent time in the workshop. Truc was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The workshop gave us a lot of insight into Vietnamese coffee culture.

Well worth it, so enthusiastic - This course had me leaving with goosebumps, what a wonderful experience.
Warm atmosphere as soon as I walked in and all staff are incredibly courteous.
My course was well worth it, so interesting hearing how egg coffee came to be, my instructor Giao was enthusiastic and charming about Vietnamese coffee.
Now I'm left with the knowledge and power to make my own at home.
Well worth it, and more importantly thank you for having me. 😀

10/10! - Had such an amazing time and Joey was so informative and friendly. The class went seamless and I loved getting to meet others in the class and just bonding over travels and coffee. Loved how we got to learn about the history of egg coffee, it made the experience that much better.
