- Ben Tre - We continue cruising to Ben Tre, famously known as the “Coconut Kingdom.” This area is rich with coconut trees and is one of Vietnam’s largest coconut producers. The locals in Ben Tre have a long history of utilizing coconuts in their daily lives, from cooking with its water to weaving baskets and mats from its husks. In recent years, Ben Tre has become a popular tourist spot, offering visitors a chance to experience its unique culture and see traditional coconut production methods. We can sample local coconut-based delicacies and even participate in hands-on activities like making coconut candy. Afterward, we travel back to Ho Chi Minh City, arriving at around 5:30pm.

Unforgettable Day-Trip to the Mekong Delta. - We had the pleasure of spending a day on the Mekong Delta with Bac. Bac is a very passionate and enthusiastic person and his positive energy as well as extensive knowledge made our day truly unforgettable.
We appreciated very much that Bac tailored the tour to our needs and interests, showing us local and authentic places such as a family run noodle factory. We also were able to experience vietnamese cuisine and take part in a cooking class for our lunch.
We highly recommend Bac and VIP tours for anyone looking for a personal and exceptional tour guide to discover Vietnam with.

Nick made the day ! - A fantastic day with a fantastic, energetic, informative and highly considerate tour guide Nick, and excellent driving by May.
Nick was very engaging - telling us about Vietnamese history, Me Kong delta and we got to learn about the people, and also Nick’s own personal anecdotes. The tour was well paced and very smooth and Nick updated us all the time with information. As my nine year old put it “I really like that guy” - my son is not one to hand out compliments. Well done Nick.
The bus was amazingly comfortable for a long day.
The places we visited were great - the Pagoda, the lovely monks handing out frozen jack fruit to hot tourists. Coconut candy place was fun. Lunch was amazing. Sampan ride was super fun and gorgeous ladies very deft with steering boats and taking photos at the same time. The bee place was interesting but the lady running it was putting a bit of pressure on us to buy dried fruit, pollen etc. We didn’t experience any pressure at the coconut candy place.
A brilliant day overall.

Straightforward trip to see the Mekong as people live it - Nick was a patient, funny, and conscientious tour guide. Provided a lot of good context and levity to the journey. I highly recommend this to others looking for a look at real village life.

Small group tour at a lovely relaxed pace. Perfect. - We were looking for a more relaxed day tour and this hit the spot. “Double Hai” our guide and driver did an excellent job of getting us there but our guide Hai, was brilliant with his timing. Everything we were doing seemed to coincide with when the larger groups had moved on. The tour was informative and interesting, we were lucky with the weather & well worth going. Our small group of people got on very well together & this made our experience even better. They also did a great job of locating a clean, emergency’Happy room’ stop after we were delayed on the freeway by heavy traffic. A huge thank you for a memorable experience!

This tour is recommended. - It was the best Mekong Delta VIP tour. Big Dave (David) is very kind, knowledgeable and fun. It was an English tour, but since I didn’t know much English, he sent me Japanese explanations to whatsapp each time I explained. A longer-than-usual tour of the nostalgia Mekong River, lunch at a delicious local restaurant, tuk-tuk, Cobra liquor tasting and coconut juice plus beer are included in the tour. At the end of the tour, they also gave us information about a great and delicious restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Khiem, a safe and comfortable driver. It’s been a memorable tour of everything.
