Our favourite experience im HCMC - We did the vegetarian option of the cooking class and it was fantastic!
Alice was so wonderful and helpful.
We are experienced cooks at home but by no means professional chefs and have never done a cooking class before.
This class would be suited to any ability as Alice explained everything in a very easy to understand way.
I think one of my favourite part was the explanations of how to put everything together and eat in in the proper vietnamese way!
E.g. I'd had a vietnamese pancake at a restaurant the night before and wondered how on earth to eat it.
The ingredients for the vegetarian cooking option was also suitable for vegans.

Tasty Experience - Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed this cooking class. The instructor was kind, helpful, and made the experience fun and engaging. We highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic experience.

A MUST DO IN HO CHI MINH - It was so cute. We loved the cooking class. The teacher was very nice and spoke perfect english. We cooked three dishes, got a welcome drink and dessert. There is as well as class where you go to the local market.

Great class for people wanting to learn how to cook Vietnamese food - We had a great time in this cooking class. We learnt so much and enjoyed great food. The chef shared his knowledge of Vietnamese cooking and love of the food and culture.

Amazing instruction and delicious food - Excellent cooking class! The bahn xeo was the best I’ve ever had - others were oily and soggy, but this one was crispy and delicious. Everything i learned to cook was delicious, with clear instructions, and my teacher was very friendly. I highly recommend the private lesson if you want to create your own menu.

Yummy delicious relaxing - Chef was lovely, friendly, clean, spoke English well, food was yummy. Definitely would recommend this class. We received a recipe book and got picked up and dropped off. We did the 6pm to 9pm class we We had dinner there. Yummy food.

Educational Vietnamese Cooking Class - I booked the Private Chef Session, but suggest the Cooking Course & Market tour better value, as only the market tour was private, because three other people on same cooking course with me didn't include the Market visit in their tours. I enjoyed the market tour, where I got to sample a few different fruits and herbs, and shown best places to purchase spices etc. before heading over to meet up with the others at the cooking school. Chef very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. Unfortunately Pho and Banh Xeo were not on our menu, so maybe another cooking class is required.
