Tsavo West National Park - Begin the day with an early morning pick-up and embark on a 3-hour drive to Tsavo West National Park. Along the way, enjoy the sights of Kenya’s townships and the relaxed “Hakuna Matata” culture.

Experience a game drive en route to your accommodation, followed by another exciting game drive in the evening after lunch.

The park is teeming with wildlife and birdlife residing in its savannah plains. It is renowned for its “Man-eaters,” large red elephants, and one of the last populations of Hirola antelopes in Kenya. Wildlife in Tsavo West includes lions, elephants, cheetahs, wild dogs, antelopes, buffalo, black rhinos, hippos, zebras, hyenas, lesser kudu, klipspringers, gerenuk, mongoose, nocturnal porcupines, fringe-eared oryx, giraffes, crocodiles, and more.

Full Day from Tsavo West to Amboseli National Park

Tsavo West National Park - After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive as you exit Tsavo West and head towards Amboseli. The drive takes approximately 3 hours.

There is also an option to visit a Maasai village, offering an immersive experience of Maasai culture, with opportunities to dance and jump along.

Amboseli National Park - Known for its elephant herds and other members of the “Big Five,” as well as the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro, Amboseli National Park awaits. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive, and stay late to witness the golden hues of the Amboseli sunset.

Morning Game Drive in Amboseli and Return to Drop-off Location

Amboseli National Park - After breakfast, embark on a morning game drive before beginning the journey back to your drop-off location, arriving late in the afternoon.

Observation Hill - On this day, visit Observation Hill, a cone-shaped hill located in the western part of the park. It is the only place where you can exit your vehicle and take a walk. The hill, of clear volcanic origin, was formed during Mt. Kilimanjaro’s activity in the Pleistocene. From here, enjoy a 360-degree view of the park’s arid areas, marshlands, and lakes. On a clear day, the view of Mt. Kilimanjaro to the south is breathtaking.
