Amazing food and guide - must do experience - Honestly a true highlight of my holiday in Bangladesh. Busy streets, markets and restaurants but AMAZING food choices from start to finish with an amazing guide, Rabbi. I learned so much about the country, its heritage and the cuisine while enjoying amazing dishes. Plus the bicycle rickshaw rides were incredibly fun! Highly recommend this to anyone going to Dhaka and ask for Rabbi!!

Great Tour Operator in Dhaka! - We hired Cholo Bangladesh Tours for our group of 12 to manage a Dhaka Food Tour, Dhaka City Tour, and Panam Old City Tour. Everything went very well, and Rocky even organized our invitation letter and even organized someone from immigration to meet our group at the airport and assist with the visa formalities! Robbie, our guide, did a nice job managing everything for us, and with the crazy Dhaka traffic, he was able to pivot several times and modify our program accordingly, which we were very grateful for! We loved everything and will definitely use this company again in the future!

So much food, so much fun! - I had a great time trying all the amazing street foods of Dhaka with Rabbi. He was very flexible and indulged my passion for trying things out of the ordinary! Cannot recommend this tour and Rabbi as a guide enough!! Thanks for the awesome evening and all the fantastic food I never ever would have found by myself!

DO NOT miss this amazing Bangladesh experience! - I cannot recommend this tour with Rocky highly enough. He is a charming, intelligent and considerate guide who makes for great company as you tour Dhaka's hidden culinary delights. You'll try food stalls at the university, biriyani in a restaurant above the bustling streets of Old Dhaka, special lassi, village cakes, Bangladeshi kebab, sweets, tea... (I would advise not eating lunch to make sure you have space). You wouldn't ever be able to find these places, which are the best of the best, without Rocky. So don't hesitate and book your slot!

Food Tour in Dhaka City. Bring an empty stomach because there is so much delicious food for you to try and enjoy! - If you’re looking for an authentic experience with a knowledgeable local guide and experience traditional Bangladeshi food, look no further than this tour. Our tour guide Rocky was fun, personable and loved sharing the cousine and culture of Bangladesh with new people. I would recommend anyone visiting Dhaka city who wants to eat like a real local and also see the city to register for this tour, and to check out some of the other tours provided :)

Look no further for a tour in Dhaka - This review is long overdue. I traveled to Dhaka in February 2023 as a solo female traveler. I booked couple of different tours with different guides but the one with Rocky was my absolutely favorite one. I booked a food tour and omg was that an experience! Firstly I absolutely loved all the food he introduced me to and I don’t say that lightly because I don’t eat just to survive I eat to live my life to the fullest ☺️ Secondly spending time with Rocky was very pleasant. He is fluent in English and he is a very smart, kind and friendly person to be around. Very considerate. He also cares very much about the future of tourism in Bangladesh and wants to make a difference and that’s very impressive.

Awesome local food tour! - The tour allowed me to get a glimpse of the real Dhaka, snap plenty of photos and also taste lots of authentic local delights. Rocky was an excellent guide who made sure I was well taken care of. He also answered all my questions :) I highly recommend this tour!

The best way to experience Dhaka - This was the first thing I did when I arrived in Dhaka and was the best start to my trip! Rocky is brilliant. He’s super knowledgeable and passionate about all things food, he’s also brilliant company. We tried so much food and met some great people in the packed streets of Old Dhaka. This isn’t just a food tour, it’s also a glimpse into the beating heart of Dhaka and the people that call it home. The food itself was delicious. Rocky has spent a lot of time researching the best places and we went from place to place trying some great dishes - Haleem at the University of Dhaka was the highlight for me!

Highly recommend you take this your! - Dhaka assails all the senses on every level. This food tour gives you a variety of experiences from sampling delicious street food to eating & chatting with students in the university area before fully immersing you in the craziness of Old Dhaka. Everything we tried was excellent & we had no stomach issues of any kind afterwards.
Rocky is an enthusiastic & knowledgeable guide and great company to chat to.
