The tour was very in depth and we loved hearing the insider stories about the design, construction and maintenance of the building. The tour guide was extremely welcoming an knowledgeable and she even wrote a book about FLW buildings in Madison, WI! Interior and exterior photos are allowed. I highly recommend this tour for architecture lovers and FLW enthusiasts.

The building (both inside and outside) were absolutely beautiful. And besides admiring the architecture - the slanted ceilings, beams, chairs, etc - I enjoyed learning Wright's philosophy of why he designed everything in this manner. Our guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable (helps to have a professor!). And the turkeys outside the Meeting House were quite a surprise!
We really enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to anyone who likes Wright's architecture or those who would just like to admire beautiful space and learn about Wright.
