Francesca is a passionate and well-trained guide, able to convey with depth and clarity the complex history of the city, the problems experienced by its people to date and the prospects for the future. Having a guide all to myself, who spoke Italian, made everything even more engaging, as well as clear in every detail. Francesca was able to adapt perfectly to my interests and curiosities, answering with competence and attention to all my questions and proposing valuable insights along the way. The tour was not only a chance to learn, but also a real emotional journey into Derry’s memory and identity.
