Best guide ever - I booked for solo trip for the west. I had good experience with guide ,he was very good and humble ,highly recomended for solo trip for the rural area.

Highly recomend - Amazing experience ! My driver arrived on time ,was incredibely kind patient and very profesional /especially on the tricky nusa road.he also took stunning photo and videos for us,which made the trip even more memorable.highly recomend!

Great - The tour should have more time or be better organized so that tourists can go down the stairs, look at the scenery, and take more photos. I think the time was too short, and we didn't get to see the main sites properly; everything happened very quickly.

Nice places but too much time in the car - The guides as always in Indonesia were very kind, prepared and helpful.
The 4 stars come from the fact that you spend more time in the car (on roads full of holes and curves) than on the beach, for each spot you have just the time of a photo... the two hours for each beach indicated in the description are broken down as follows: 1h30’ by car and 30’ on the beach... for this reason we personally skipped some stops to fully enjoy the beautiful sea that the island offers!

Good experience - snorkeling not recommended thought ! - We chose the land tour with the 3 snorkeling points
The land tour was very nice
Our guide was a professional young and kind man !
We had many interesting conversations during our trip (the best part of our trip)
The snorkelling part was not good at all
The partner company provided a very very bad quality of equipment which made it difficult to inevitable to watch underwater
We had only a few minutes per bay which was not pleasant
The whole snorkeling part lasted approximately one and a half hour including transit
The weather was not the best on that day and we did not feel safe in the boat
Last but not least, the hygiene of the snorkelling company is the worst
Dirty toilets , and the towels provided at the end of the activity were super dirty
Generally, not recommended because of the snorkelling.
Maybe a land tour only would be a better option
The booking operator was very kind and direct and responded to any questions/inquiries we may had

Tour guys did a great job - I appreciate the team, our tour supervisor, who took us to Nusa and the driver we had, he was really good, however, this is a very generic tour. I felt rushed and so did few people who was in our group. I would rather stay longer in 1 or two places and enjoy the beach then spend most of the time in the car. Crystal bay wasn't anything special and I don't think it is worth a visit. Broken beach and Angels are ok but the most what we missed is Kelingking beach and the opportunity to have time to go down and then come back up as it is challenging climb. I am planning to come with my partner and I think it is best to come to Nusa and hire a driver who will take you where you want. By doing so you will time your self and do the things you want. But the team was great!!!

Horrible - 1) The pick up was 1 hour late, without any notification. If there’s a delay, the company should have sent at least a text message to notify us of the delay.
2) Extremely disorganized. From beginning to end. Getting on the boat and getting back to our hotel was a disaster.
3) Lack of disclaimer. We were not notified that we would need physical cash for necessities such as use of the toilets. We don’t mind having to pay to use the toilet but at least give us a heads up. We only had credit card, the majority of the shops are cash only. Luckily, there was one shop that was kind enough to charge usthe 10,000 and give us the cash to go use the bathroom in the next hut.
4) we spent more time in the car on the bumpy narrow roads, more than we did doing anything else. We only got one hour in crystal bay beach.
5) The boats and shuttles were over booked and in need of maintenance. Many of the chairs were broken on the boat and shuttles.
6) what should have been a half day tour, turned out to be a full day and night ordeal. With dealing with the chaos of us looking for our driver instead of the driver looking for us. after the boat ride and dropping off so many other ppl at their hotel, we did not get dropped off until close to 8:30pm. What hurts the most was that we lost a day of our vacation just to be left uncomfortable and sad.
7) Crystal bay beach was unfortunately Rocky with a lot of trash on the surrounding grounds.
8) This tour was not made for anyone who suffers from motion sickness of any kind like car sickness or sea sickness. Car and boat rides were extremely bumpy.
9) The only reason we are giving a one star is that the drivers worked hard to drive the guest around.
We would not recommend this tour to anyone at all.
