Bali Hai cruise ride - The Bali Hai cruises was a very good experience for our family. The accommodations were upto the expectations and passengers were well taken care of. (Especially for the people who left sea sick) 🙂👍🏼

Good - Everything was really nice. The personal was really nice and the food was good at the beach resort. It was nice that there were sun beds at the beach too

Great experience at the MARGARITAVILLE! - As a family this was our first time doing water activities and we really enjoyed the Snorkeling, banan boat and the waterside into the sea. The food at the beach house was lovely and display was beautiful. We were particularly impressed with the paramedic help with sea sickness our daughter had and they were well prepared with sickness tables etc.

Amazing experience on Aristocat!! - Thank you so much to the Bali Hai Team! We had the most amazing experience and a memorable day sailing from Bali to Crystal Bay. We arrived to a massive sign with our company logo welcomeing us on board, it was such a nice suprise. We had the whole boat to ourselves and a waiter always ready to serve a drink. There were many staff onboard to assist and everything was looked after. As we went across the open sea, a few people got a little sea sickness but they had a nurse there to help them. Once we got to Crystal Bay we went snorkling and saw beautiful fish, sea turtles, sea snakes, amazing! We had some delicious canape style lunch and all of the dietary requirements were looked after. We enjotyed the trip back sitting up the front of the boat drinking lovely cocktails with the wind in our hair nd music was great. I can not thank the team enough for looking after us and Pande for being our trip organiser. The head office is located in Perth so that was great that we could pay for the invoice in AUD. Thank you!!
