The guide then leads guests to the bike shed, where each person receives a bike and helmet. The cycling adventure begins on forest bike trails, winding through the botanical gardens, along the river, and over a bridge. The activity level intensifies as the tour progresses onto country roads, featuring several hills. A detour back into the rainforest brings a delightful stop at Errard (Sault) Waterfall, the island’s highest accessible falls. A short ride back through the forest and along mostly flat roads returns guests to the Welcome Center.
