Precious memories - The crew members shared my birthday 🎂 on board. I appreciated the food and drinks.Very enjoyable trip and the time spent together.Thank you for the hospitality.

Beautiful day on the water - We were greeted by singing and the whole trip was delightful. I had eaten breakfast, but there was enough food that I should have just waited and eaten onboard. The views were beautiful, and I just wish we had had even more time on the sand bar. I was very nervous about snorkeling, but one of the crew (Ice) did a really good job of putting me and the two other nervous people at ease. It was fun to go down the slide, to jump off the side of the boat and swim, and also just to read. I had none of the issues that others mentioned. No one got wet (except from being in the water) and there was no excessive consumption of alcohol. It was beautiful and a highlight of my trip.

Best day in fiji - There are a lot of day cruises on offer this one is the very best. The boat is brand new and really comfortable. The food is of a high standard with plenty of choice. The crew is amazing both from a service point of view but also they are very safety conscious and cater for everyone’s needs. Also they are amazing dancers and singers!! It was a lot of fun and I would strongly recommend it compared to other day cruises

A must-do day out - Such a great day out, the crew were lovely, the food was delicious, loved the complimentary drinks and happy hour! The snorkelling was beautiful, couldn’t recommend this enough!

Beautiful Day Out from Nadi - A great day out on a beautiful catamaran with a very friendly crew. We travelled 1 hour and 45 minutes each way to a beautiful sand bar the day we went. We would have liked another stop or two along the way, but the trip out to the sand bar and back was beautiful. Snorkelling of the reef was good for Nadi but there is much better on the Yasawa islands. The food was great and the drinks package was good. Overall, a beautiful day trip for your time in Nadi

Best day trip! Loved it - Had an amazing experience on this day trip. My daughter was very nervous to snorkel and had got worked up about doing it; but staff were AMAZING and the guy who took out the first timers was so patient with them all. The fish were incredible, so much better than any snorkeling spots I’ve done around the world. The boat wasn’t over crowded and there was plenty of room for everyone. The food was fantastic. The sand bar was so much fun, and we all loved jumping off the boat. Only downside is we wish we had longer, we never wanted it to end!

Do not book this or another tour with viator - Do not book this tour. Both viator and the tour company do not operate in good faith and are not concerned about their customers, pure money grab. We booked the tour the evening before, confirmation came through the the start time would be 9.45am. The next morning, at 8am, they email to let us know that the coach would be departing at 8.15am, which both the viator and the tour company have confirmed that they think this is more than reasonable amount of time to notify people. We obviously missed the coach, and nobody from the company or viator called or texted that they were there, and were told to make our own way if we wanted to continue with the tour. Not wanting to miss out, and due to time pressure, we got a cab to the port. When we spoke to the tour company there they admitted that they were at fault, supposedly because the booking came through in the evening the office had closed so they couldn't email us with the right info. Whilst i understand the problem, that is a issue with viator and the tour company, not the customer, and the customer should not have to foot the bill for their ineffective processes. The tour company later changed their view over email, and refused to pay for the cab, which was $150, given that we needed it immediately to not miss out on the tour. Viator did an investigation and concluded that 15 mins at 8am in the morning is a perfectly reasonable amount of time to let their customers know where to be, what a joke! You are much better off booking tours through your hotel, it might be slightly more expensive but it will be worth the piece of mind, and booking with companies that actually care about customers.
