An amazing place - Truly an amazing place, and an incredible experience. These guys are angels on earth, and was a privilege to do a tour. Interacting with all the animals was fantastic. Could not recommend a visit highly enough. Keep up the amazing work, superstars.

A must for any animal lover visiting Fiji - What an amazing team of people helping the animals in Fiji. We learnt so much and it was endlessly fun playing with the puppies and kittens. Wish we could have stayed longer and didn't have to leave. Highly recommend to any animal lover visiting Fiji!

Tour and support!! - I’m so glad we took time to check this place out. It was really great to see them doing so much for the animals of Fiji with limited resources. You can feel the care and concern from every employee. Highly recommend making this a stop for any animal lover. Fresh coconuts on the ride back to the hotel too!

Wonderful - we’ll be back. - As massive dog lovers missing our own pooches, this was a little what heaven must be like.
These guys do fantastic work helping the animals of Fiji, and it was wonderful to see what they do and get to play with the animals, while knowing that our money was going to help such a good cause. I suspect this will become a standard activity each time we come back to Fiji.

Experiencing all the Love & Care the Shelter provides for Fiji Fur-Babies! - These people are amazing! What they are doing for all the animals that come in for help, they find in need, or go out to the different villages to provide medical attention or any needs in general is absolutely heartwarming. The facility & all the people there are helping so many animals! More people need to visit them & help them with their cause to help all the fur-babies in need. Thanks so much for making my trip to Fiji one of the most memorable I ones. <3 Katie

Great half day tour for animal lovers - A great half day tour to learn about the important work of Animals Fiji (both the shelter and their outreach work). Pick up from hotels in included.
The facility is small, but the friendly and passionate staff are enacting positive change for the welfare of animals in their regions.
I love meeting all the dogs, puppies, kittens and cats currently in their care. They loved all the cuddles and so did I!
Many thanks to Alice (tour leader - pictured), Casey, Bek and all the staff for sharing your work with me.
Highly recommended.

Animals Fiji - Casey picked us up from our hotel and gave us a run down of the shelter on the way there.
She was lovely and informative and very enthusiastic. The shelter is only small but really shows how you can make a difference with very little. The staff were all very friendly and all the animals in their care are happy. We also got to go out and see how they perform their outreach desexing days.
It's a great way to spend half a day, while it may be confronting for some is it also a reality that needs to be experienced! Plus the added bonus of playing with some very cute animals!

If you want to help cats and dogs, please visiti - The shelter does an amazing job looking after the cats and dogs of Fiji with limited funding and facilities. Only thing I would recommend is to contact the shelter the day before the tour as they didn't have me in their booking system. I did get picked up by them but obviously there was a communication problem between Viator and the shelter.
