Additional Information
Cloud 9, a delicately handcrafted institution run by a family, is a relaxed and authentically elegant place. It maintains a fun, unassuming atmosphere with a stunning sundeck, multiple day beds, and a top-notch surround sound audio system. The package comes with free hotel transfers from accommodations within Nadi and Denarau locations. Transfers from Coral Coast, Vuda and Lautoka resorts can be scheduled for an additional charge of FJD20, payable by card on the same day.
IMPORTANT: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we have temporarily stopped providing snorkel masks and mouthpieces. We kindly request our guests to bring their own.
NOTE: Our 1:00 PM departure is conditional and will only proceed if a minimum of 25 guests are booked.
Guests vacationing on nearby islands like Plantation, Malolo, Musket, Matamonoa, Mana, Castaway, Treasure, among others, can arrange their transfers to CLOUD 9 via their resort’s water-sports activities team.

- Snorkeling gear: we have 30 sets available for rental; guests are allowed to get their own
- Please do not bring your own food and drinks; this is a bar and pizzeria
- Children below 10 years are not accepted at CLOUD 9 due to safety reasons
- Please contact our sales team for any other water sports activities like parasailing, jetski and other rides which needs to be booked in advance and subject to availability (source - external suppliers)
- 01:00 PM departure from port Denarau is subject to operate with minimum of 25 guests. We will attempt to move guests to earlier departures if minimum numbers are not met.
- Note: Check-In begins at 8 AM till 8:45 AM and 12PM till 12:45 PM (special conditions apply for the PM trip)

Port Denarau Marina Nadi, guests are to meet at the check-in counter at 08:50AM unless informed differently by our team who will escort you to the vessel for departure. Guests are to follow our team to the hotel pick up area unless they wish to not utilize the transfers then guests may go own way

Great Bartenders and Pizza makers!! - Amazing experience , with the clearest water! The staff were 10/10 and were incredibly accommodating. The Cocktails by Tavita and Epeli were the highlight !!! Well done! And Jerry, Save and Jobi were incredible on the pizzas ! Overall the customer service was beyond ! The DJ however was kind of bad. The music on the way was good. They played Afro beats and changed it once they saw people weren’t into it. On the boat I believe one of the workers were connected because it changed once we settled in. We asked him to change it and he did. But later it went back to the boring techno / house music. It would be nice to play island jams since, you know, you’re on an island?

Recommendations for Japanese people - 【Customer Service】
The staff were very kind.
Even if I didn't speak much English, I was able to get by with gestures.

The pizza is delicious anyway, so it is a Recommendation. I think a $60 voucher would be enough for drinks and pizza.
【Ocean】
Needless to say, it is very beautiful.
I think it is as transparent as or better than the remote islands of Okinawa.

Excellent experience - Incredible day out; beautiful clear warm water; great food and excellent fish life and turtles to be seen. Well worth it! A highlight of our Fiji trip.
There’s a DJ on board and the young men working there have great personalities. They make you feel really welcomed.

very special experience - 90 minutes ferry each way from the ferry station, feels a bit too long although we have DJ playing music along the way. The platform is too crowd, and I think it's out of its capacity to keep a quality service. The water is crystal clean and view is amazing. The staffs are working hard and very friendly, the cocktail and pizza are average.

Fun cloud9 experience - The pick up car is late almost 30mins. The whole experience in Cloud 9 is good. The only downside is the DJ on the cruise is too loud to a point my Apple Watch keeps warning me the loud noises. If you have gear for the swim/snorkelling, bring your own.

Big mistake - Watching people get so drunk they fall off cloud 9 when getting back on the boat .
Then staff give them more beers for free and he begins throwing up on himself and people beside him.
