Fabulous for kids - Kids had the best time here and it wasn’t too busy so no line ups at the slides. We thought its was a bit expensive but when we spent all day here, more than happy to pay the $330 Fijian dollars for the family. A great day out at Denarau.

Fun day out, but WAY OVERPRICED - They have a couple of slides and air castle water slides which are fun bit the pricing is WAY too Expensive. Charging 5 year old 90 $ is nothing but a joke. My advise: for every full paying adult get another one in as spectator (for 10$), then share the wrist band. They only check the wrist band at a couple of slides at the end. only way to fight the scam like pricing They are offering...

Don’t waste you’re moneh - Over priced for what it was. The inflatable slides are old & worn out. The inflatable equipment hurt and gave us cuts as it is very worn. The big slides at the end not much to choose from. The workers at the top of the slides were just on their phone the whole time, not assisting with the slides or communicating with us. No staff at the bottom of the slides, my partner came down the slide and ran into a little boy who was at the bottom of the slide could’ve been a lot worse than it was. Don’t waste your money.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! - The Big Bula Water Park is unacceptable. I can’t believe management has allowed it to get this bad. Myself and family encountered many dangerous issues which are a definite violation of workplace health and safety. The water parking is so deceiving from the outside looks great until you enter. The inflatables were barely useable half deflated and not an adequate amount of water flow or next to none. The lack of water within the small body of water at the bottom of the inflatable slides has caused my daughter to injured herself by landing very hard on which felt like concrete. Not to mention she had friction burns on her legs from how dry the slides were . this is a disgrace and should not be tolerated. Also half the inflatables are a children’s zone for six and under which you were not told upon arrival at the park. This was an utter disappointment for teenagers and adults who paid $89 to attend the water park not even being able to use half the facilities. This is definitely not suitable for anyone above the age of 10. The proper built giant green water slide. Was incapable of allowing people to slide down in one go almost everyone got stuck at one point or another and had to push their own way down in the dark hot confined tunnels . This is an absolute safety hazard for many children and adults. This park needs to be updated immediately not only where their problems with the sides. Most Chairs were broken, handles on the two seater tubes where Broken barely able to hold on. Fake grass is burning hot to walk on is not ideal for children running around all day. They will probably end up with blisters on their feet. These problems need to be fix to ensure the safety of visitors. Despite these issues, there were no warning signs put up to inform the tourists of these terrible conditions. I would hate to see anyone else get hurt from their experience at the water park. management needs to take action and address these problems. This disgrace of a water park is absolutely not worth $89 dollars per person. I would not recommend anyone to go!

DO NOT GO !!! - I got to experience the Big Bula Water Park for the first time with my family and it’s upsetting to say it was such a disappointment. There were many issues which could have got out of hand and affected the safety for any visitors causing a dangerous environment. Many of the inflatables were not fully inflated and did not have enough or no water to safely be operated. There were no warning signs to let visitors know that they were out of order. Another issue that need to be addressed was the giant green water side which drops into a pink cone full of water, did not have enough water flow causing everyone to push there way through the hot tunnels by hand. This is a definite health and safety issue as the intense heat within a confined tunnel could cause people to faint. Also facilities around the pool including (pool chairs) many where broken, (fake grass) was burning hot not suitable for bare feet should be kept cooler by sprinklers and inflatable where filthy (mould, mud, ripped). Upon entering the waterpark, we were not informed at reception that most of the inflatables were for children 6 and under. Leaving about 3 for teenagers and adults which none worked correctly. Staff where friendly but management need to address these health and safety concerns. It was not worth the $89 dollars charged would not recommend going at all.

Adults beware - My husband had a bad experience on his first slide with the grandchildren- injured his tailbone in a shallow pool with inadequate inflation and not enough water, he was well under the maximum weight recommendation. He couldn’t continue with day and had to return to our accommodation. The staff were not prepared to take any responsibility for the lack of attention to these details and showed no empathy, we suggested the weight limit should be considerably less than the 85kg recommendation and they manually changed the sign on this ride to 65kg, but that was it! Very disappointing response, other pools seemed to have low water levels also. It’s a fun place for children, but adults beware, and be watchful! Will not be returning or recommending.

Extreme hazard. Be ⚠️ warned.Disgraceful - Terrible day. had major accident on 1st ride due to poor maintenance. little water at bottom of slide so hit my tailbone on bottom causing so much pain. I had to lie down to stop fainting and vomiting. 5 days on and still in a lot of pain. the Manager had nothing to say except water runs out due to use. Any harder fall maybe would have broken my back. they wouldn't even give a refund even thou I had to leave to get medical assistance. If you take your kidz here and they break their neck, you have been warned. this place is life threatening dangerous . Almost no care ,safety or maintenance. Bad so bad

Feel ripped off by Tripadvisor and would like some of my money back - Don't book through Tripadvisor. The price at the venue is much cheaper than booking through Tripadvisor. However, the water park is very good.

Don’t purchase through TripAdvisor - Firstly the ‘skip the line’ ticket through TripAdvisor is a scam. You still have to line up to sign the forms so there is no such thing as ‘skip the line’. Secondly, the TripAdvisor cost for the tickets is hugely inflated and cost us an extra $100 than the door price. Thirdly, TripAdvisor does not give you an option for a spectator ticket, which many parents only need - again screwing you on price. My advice - turn up, pay at the door and get much better value. The park is a load of fun - just don’t let TripAdvisor rip you off.
