• Mamanuca Islands - Following a brief 20–30 minute sail from Mana Sand Bar, the next stop is the stunning Monu Cove — a deep, aquamarine inlet surrounded by volcanic rock and lush island scenery.

This vibrant cove is a haven for water enthusiasts. Guests can swim, snorkel, or for the adventurous, participate in the signature splash competition by jumping off the boat! Whether belly-flopping with friends or gliding into the water for a peaceful snorkel, Monu Cove offers something for everyone.

The reef here is abundant with marine life, and the deeper water makes it a favorite for confident swimmers and free divers. For those who prefer to float and enjoy the view, the calm cove is the perfect place to relax and recharge before the final stop.

• Monuriki - After a short 10-minute sail from Monu Cove, the journey continues to Monuriki Island, made famous by the film Cast Away starring Tom Hanks. However, Monuriki is more than a movie set — it’s part of the family’s ancestral land, and guests are warmly welcomed here.

Guests are escorted to shore by small boat, where they can enjoy an authentic Fijian Lovo lunch cooked underground in the traditional style. Served beneath the shade of handmade bures, lunch includes chicken, smoked eggplant, root vegetables, rourou, tropical fruit, and the famous miti (coconut) sauce — all lovingly prepared by the family.
