The models are exact replicas of special buildings and objects, on a scale of 1:25. Through intensive daily care, the greenery, especially small-leaved trees and bushes, are kept to a maximum of 60 centimetres high. There are many interactive activities where, for example, you can step into the role of a lock keeper, dike guard, pilot or machinist.

  • Zaanse Schans - Learn more about the Dutch wooden shoe making and see a demonstration how they make the Dutch clogs now. There is a possibility to buy the wooden shoes, the clogs and other souvenirs in the wooden shoe factory as well.

  • Molen De Kat - See the special paint mill from inside. This is the last working windmill on earth who can produce paint. Rembrandt the great Dutch artist purchased his paint at this windmill.

  • Jacobs Hoeve Cheese Farm by Henri Willig - Learn more about the Dutch wooden shoe making and see a demonstration how they make the Dutch clogs now. There is a possibility to buy the wooden shoes, the clogs and other souvenirs in the wooden shoe factory.
    See a real Dutch farm with cows and baby cows. You will get an explanation how the Henri Willig farm makes their cheese from the milk of the Jersey cows. They have an automatic milking robot and see how they milk their cows automatically.
    After the cows it is time to taste their special Gouda cheese. You can eat as much cheese as you want for free! There are more than 30 different types of cheese so enjoy!
    There is a possibility to buy the cheese and if you don’t have enough room in your suitcase you can let them ship the cheese to your country.

Discover Holland on a full-day sightseeing tour that includes visits to the Delft Potteries, Madurodam (a miniature version of Holland), The Hague, windmills, and a local cheese farm and clogs factory. In The Hague, you’ll see the Dutch Parliament, the International Criminal Court, the Peace Palace, and Madurodam. You’ll also visit the unique Dutch park called Zaanse Schans, home to some of the most special windmills in the Netherlands, such as the paint windmill, sawmill, spice mill, and peanut oil mill. Afterward, you’ll learn how original Dutch clogs are made, with an opportunity to purchase clogs/wooden shoes and souvenirs. The final stop is at the Henri Willig farm, where you’ll learn about cow treatment, see how cows are milked, and even touch baby cows.
