Great tour - This was an excellent tour and I'd like to do it again if I had the chance. Our group was the right size to visit places like the locals do. Our guide is good in English and has a lovely personality. Highly recommended.

A total fiasco - I wish I could give a zero. The tour guide never showed up. The company never answered any of my messages and instead of giving me a refund immediately, Viator is waiting for the tour operator’s response to act. A disgrace and a stain on Taiwan’s tourism industry and Viator’s reputation.
