Definitely recommend this! - This was an amazing experience! I went with family and we had a really good time despite the rain thay day.
All the staff (Tash, Katie, Louise, Harry, Lewis, Christian, Mack and Caine) were very friendly and made sure we all felt safe, especially for the people in the group that were more nervous.
The media package was definitely worthwhile and it was great seeing everyone's videos at the end.
I would definitely recommend this as an experience.

Great fun experience, lovely lake views on the way down - My 1 year old granddaughter's birthday treat was to do the zip line with grandad. I felt they were both very safe with the steps & checks in place. They both really enjoyed the experience. The media package is great value at £15. Easy to find Hangloose & plenty of free parking.

Excellent experience and staff. - The whole experience was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were early and went up straight away with no waiting around. There was no rushing either. We were told to take our time and go around to the back of reception when we were ready to be harnessed up.
The actual experience was fantastic. The staff talked you through everything and we both got separate instructions when going down the skywire. You are made clear that you could not copy your friends when going down.
The service afterwards was also excellent. We got the media package and one of the videos was missing. Within 13 hours of sending off the ‘ticket’ we got the missing video.
Overall a fantastic experience. We would do it again and would recommend to anyone.

Friendly and helpful staff - The kids (aged 16-18) loved the zip line and tree top activities. Had good view of them at viewing platform and staff were kind enough to inform when kids were coming down the zip line which was far away that I wouldnt have known. Cyron Singapore booking 00157796

Outstanding team made the ride a breeze! - Fantastic first trip down the zip line. Was feeling a bit nervous beforehand but the whole team are so professional, methodical, and calm; it made the whole thing doable, and what an experience it was. Highly recommended! Would definitely go again, would be great to try out some of the other activities as well. Special mentions to Tash, Kate, Louise, Harry T, Freya, and Mack for for working together and making the experience so good. They are an absolute credit to their company..

You really have to try this! - Such an amazing experience! Flying through the air at great speed with fabulous views. The whole team was so professional, friendly and competent. It made the experience even better! Big thanks to you all Tash, Katie, Louise, Harry T, Freya, Lewis, Christian, Mack, Caine - dream team!!! Can’t recommend highly enough. Would definitely go again. Loads of other activities on site, the big swing looks fun!

Exhilarating experience of a life time - We had such an amazing time at Hangloose. We booked the group offer of 4 for three activities which was cost effective.
The staff were friendly, approachable, and informative .
My friends were nervous doing the zipline as it was their first experience, but soon the nerves disappeared they were flying in air.🙂
There are lockers on site which is great and no need to carry keys neither.
The signposting from blue waters is not so clear, as there is no House of Frazer, and the best way to get to HangLoose is via Zizzi's restaurant at Blue Waters shopping centre, walk outside, over the little bridge, and there is a post on the right signposting the way to Hangloose via the car park which is 5 minutes walk from the shopping centre.
I would highly recommend it. 👌

Zipwire Adrenaline Hit - OMG what an amazing experience! From the saferty concious, helpful and informative staff to the adrenaline rush of the zipwire itself, i could not have wished for a better afternoon. It was so much fun. Plus there is so much more to do there. I will definitely be back - want to do the swing next.
