This service offers one-way transportation from your arrival point, such as a ferry dock, airport, or train station, to your hotel or any other location of your choice. You can also book transportation from your hotel to your departure point, but these must be booked separately.

Please provide your flight, ferry, or train arrival details. In the ‘where to be picked up’ section, specify whether the pickup is at the ferry dock, train station, or airport (for arrivals) or at your hotel (for departures). The booking form does not allow you to specify if you are arriving or departing, but entering the information this way will be understood. We will contact you well in advance to confirm the details.

Our driver will arrive at the pickup location on time. We will call or text you and use a sign with the primary booking name. For your safety and peace of mind, you can confirm the driver/vehicle by their names, car plate number, and phone number.

Once the destination is confirmed and the journey begins, stops can be made if needed to purchase small items, grab a quick snack, or use the restroom. Please discuss this with us when booking to make arrangements.
