Good tour guide, he just wasn't in the best shape so he slowed us down allot - It was super enjoyable, our guide was able to show us some parrots and was very knowledgeable about the local wildlife. We enjoyed the hike to the waterfalls and the water was quite beautiful.

Beautiful Hike - This tour was so beautiful! We went hiking in the jungle and hiked up to Ben's bluff for a beautiful view and then went to the waterfall where you could swim and cool off. We stayed in Hopkins and the drive was not very far at all as well. All along the hike, our guide Julian, taught us about the jungle and the ways of the Mayan people too. Jerome was our driver for the day and he was so kind and even took us to get local food for lunch. He was so nice and answered all of our questions throughout too. Then we went and learned how chocolate is grown and then turned into chocolate. This was such a fun and cool learning experience and I had no clue how much goes into the making of chocolate! My friends and I used this company for a couple other tours as well and they were all amazing. The drivers were fun to spend the day with and everywhere you go you get a personalized guide as well. I would highly recommend this company and any tour that interests you with them.

Had an excellent time! - It was a great ride there, and back, and the hike was amazing! They provided plenty of water, and snacks. The guide was very knowledgeable about the plants, and wildlife. The waterfall was the perfect spot to cool off on a hot day.

Macaw Watching - This was a cool experience! The jungle was beautiful even with the light rain. It just added to the experience with the sounds. Our guide, Julian, was very knowledgeable and such a great guy. He knew every bird sound and tree we asked about. We started off by spotting a couple of macaws! The whole hike was great and the waterfall was beautiful. Our driver, Travis, was great too and very helpful.

Looking for a nice walk in a wonderful 'jungle'? Here it is!!! - I thought it was going to be a long trek but it was a wonderful experience. Our guide took his time and pointed out a lot of fauna, sounds and local wildlife. It took us a while to get to the falls and we really enjoyed the cool water and shady area. I feel bad for the other visitors that pretty much rushed to see the falls and rushed out. Make sure you take your swim clothes and enjoy soaking in cool, clear water.

Poor value for money - We paid around $400 Belize - $340 Australian dollars . We are extremely upset at the cost for what we received - we got picked up at 1 - started the walk around 2 - did an easy track , not much available due to heavy rainfall earlier , the morning of and 2 days before . Walked around track 1 and 2 , very slippery as you’d expect therefore had to walk slow. Told we had to leave by 4-,despite seeing others people start their trek at 4. No time to see waterfall and no option to swim as river flowing too fast apparently. We are very dissatisfied and upset that we weren’t told that this would be all we’d get .and given an option to negotiate a lesser charge perhaps . We are requesting some sort of refund . This is the most outrageous price we have paid for a tour and was poor value for the money . The guide was nice enough but $400 for what we received is exorbitant and the process needs reviewing by the company I think as to review rates on the day if you can’t be provided tour as advertised. WE ARE REQUESTING A REFUND .
