A great experience! - We had an absolutely fantastic tour with Kitty. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what she does. Kitty also took us to some less touristy spots, allowing us to experience a more authentic and peaceful side of the market. The communication beforehand was excellent, and everything went smoothly. Thank you for an amazing day!

Wonderful tour! - Wonderful tour guide and tour! Really enjoyed everything it had to offer, and appreciated that our guide Chiya, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Being a private tour made it much more flexible to spend as much or as little time as we wanted at each destination & stopping at decent places for bathroom breaks. Tour included water whenever we wanted, cold wash cloths after each stop, lunch with our choice to have it near the floating market or near the temple. We chose the temple area and it was very good. He was also very helpful when asked questions regarding our plans to visit other destinations and general questions about Bangkok. One tip- floating market has a “rush hour” synched to the train schedule when the people at the train market head to the floating market. As a result, boats on the channel of the floating market bottleneck around the first turn so we sat still in our boat surrounded by many other boats for at least 10 minutes. Some boats had motors with fumes. Might be better to walk around the market for a while or have lunch first, then take the boat ride when the water opens up more. Anyway, I highly recommend this tour and this tour guide.

Bangkok - This tour was exactly what we wanted. We were able to decide where we went and how long we wanted to stay. Kitty was a VERY good tour guide, friendly and accommodating. Having a separate driver who could drop us off and pick us up directly in front of the points of interest with our guide was invaluable to us as seniors. Well worth the price!!

Dreamlike - Kitty was our guide, she was sympathetic, friendly, helpful, prudent and also fully funny, which made our tour a special experience. Everything worked out wonderfully. Despite our mediocre knowledge of English, it was no problem, Kitty could make everything understandable to us. Also the driver, very polite and helpful. Conclusion: always happy with Forever Vacation DANKE

Action Packed Day - A full day with a train ride to the Maeklong Market to watch activity on train street through the markets. Then a long tail boat ride through the canals and Floating Market, which was our favourite activities. A couple of unique temples thrown in, and some delicious food (bring on Mango Sticky Rice), and we were completely satisfied. Our driver was safe and efficient, and Chiara our guide was informative and took great photos.

Great tour. This is a... - Great tour. This is a good way to see both the floating market and railway market. These areas are crowded and the tour facilitates being able to do a lot in a short time. Natty took great care of us and speaks great English.

Don’t leave Bangkok without this experience ! - This tour operator was very user friendly . They kept in touch with us before , during and after . Going to the madhouse of the train was easy with Natty. She kept us safe and we had an authentic experience . Same experience with the floating market. We feel we truly got to experience Bangkok’s iconic attractions while being safe and sound .

An interesting outing for the young and first timers to Bangkok - This is an interesting tour, now mostly geared towards tourists. Our guide took us first to the Maeklong Railway and market. It may have been a passenger train at one time but it is now geared almost exclusively towards the tourists, both on and off the train. The shopkeepers on either side of the train track are used to the drill and they make sure their awnings are put away within minutes of the train arriving and going past them walking on the narrow footpath next to the train track is no mean feat, especially as the area is packed with tourists. Walking on uneven footpath let alone the railway sleepers is challenging to less mobile people. The shops sell the usual kitschy souvenirs and as is common amongst tourists these days fast foods and drinks. The guide then took us to the railway station where the train starts and ends its routine several times a day for the benefit of the tourists. We were then taken to an historic park where Thais used to practice Muay Thai (kick boxing) but it is no longer used for that but just an historic place. There is a small historic temple where you can make some offerings and prayers. Unfortunately there are also some animals in small enclosures who look quite poorly fed and are very skinny. You can buy some feeds for these horses, camels, sheep and goats etc. as well as feed some fish in a nearly canal. We then went to the floating market, again catering to the tourists nowadays. There are almost 2 sections, the first section is more or less on wider canals where “the shops” are spread around and the driver of the boat would slow down to see if we were interested in any of the items there. We are past that age, wanting kitschy souvenirs. We then entered the very narrow canal filled with numerous boats each manoeuvering to squeeze into this narrow canal lined again with food stalls, clothes, souvenirs etc as well as women selling food and fruit in their boats themselves. All in all an artificial view of Thai life style in Bangkok.
