Amazing Experience with POP Dominican Travel Tours & Rigo Reyes! - Our private tour of 7 of the 27 Waterfalls of Damajagua from Taino Bay with a city tour was absolutely incredible! Rigo Reyes was an outstanding guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience seamless from start to finish. With free wifi, charging and ice cold bottled water on board. The waterfalls were breathtaking, and Rigo ensured we had the best, safest, and most fun experience possible. Sliding down the natural rock formations and jumping into crystal-clear pools was exhilarating! Before the waterfalls, the city tour gave us a great glimpse into local culture, history, and hidden gems of Puerto Plata. Rigo’s expertise, professionalism, and passion for sharing his country made this an unforgettable adventure. Damajagua Falls Excursion - We used Rigo to take 22 of us to Damajagua Falls excursion. We had a great experience. Very good at communication, on time, and very personable. Our excursion was a lot of fun!

Highly recommend - My wife and I were on a cruise and stopped in Amber Cove. We booked zip lines and waterfall excursion with Rigo prior to the stop. We found out the night before our boat was arriving late. We notified Rigo and he said no worries and worked with us. We met Rigo at the port right where he said he would be and was very friendly. Augustin was our driver and city tour guide. Gio was our photographer that went along which we did not plan on. Gio was amazing though and easy to talk to. Miguel was our waterfall guide and he was great. The zip lines and waterfalls was the best part of our 7 day cruise. Highly recommend. Gio was no pressure when selling the video and pics of us jumping into the water, sliding down waterfalls, and zip line. Gio really helped make this a memorable tour. I would definitely do this excursion again. Thank you Rigo for setting this up!

Amazing Waterfalls - Rigo services were amazing! They were in communication with us before the trip and gave exact details of where to go. We had a group of 17 people and they had two vans waiting for us. The vans were very clean and maintained. Both driver spoke English and Spanish. The excursion was exactly what is described. The walk up the hill is straight up a hill. The seven waterfalls we did were worth the walk 100 times over. The tour guides were hilarious and great. They took tons of pictures. We were able to leave all of our belongings in the car and Rico services stayed with the vehicles the whole time. Once we completed our excursion, they even went above and beyond. They took us to a cigar shop and a local produce stand. I would recommend them for any excursion in the Dominican republic. Huge shout out to the Rico team. Thank you.

Cream of the crop - Wow what can I say…. This guy sets the bar high when it comes to a tour guide. He treated my family as if they were his home. He is a must have if you are planing to go to DR. Can’t wait to see him again

Absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend! - We booked this excursion with Rigo! It was so much fun. Easy meet and he was ready for us when we got off the ship. We had a nice van air conditioning worked great. Took us to the waterfalls got us checked in and helped us with our equipment. Gave us water to stay hydrated and waited for us as soon as we were done he was right there! We got to jump instead of doing two of the slides, which if we booked through carnival we wouldn’t have been able to do! Then he showed us more around town explained the history, as we went to the rum factory. Got to try several different flavors, went to cigar factory I got to roll a cigar and they gave it to me. Rigo was awesome. Totally recommend using him if you go to amber cove. He made sure we were back in plenty of time! Would use him again!

Wonderful Private Cruise Excursion - We used Rigo for a zip-lining and waterfall private cruise excursion in Amber Cove last week. Communication was excellent, he had bottled water available for us for the hike, was perfectly on time, and taught us a ton about his country and culture. His van was very clean and comfortable, and it even had Wifi. Overall, we had a fabulous and safe day with Rigo and will use him every time we visit Amber Cove in the future!

Favorite excursion - Rigo (taxi driver) was prompt, professional and friendly. The falls has been our favorite activity in the Caribbean. We want to come back and do it with our grown boys. We will use Rigo again in a heart beat. Loved the day!!

Rigo is AMAZING - Rigo was absolutely amazing. I have been on many excursions, and he is BY FAR the best for guide that I have ever encountered. I was with 7 other women and he made us all feel like we had a big brother around. I always felt completely safe and taken care of the entire time that I was with him.

very safe and nice people - Good communication from Rigo. easy to contact. Augustin was our driver. The van was nice. Just the four of us. There was water and air conditioning which is always a plus. He was a very safe driver and told us about the different fruit trees and different businesses that we saw along the way. We got to the waterfall and it was a bit of a walk to the waterfall so if you cannot walk about 20 minutes in water shoes, I don’t recommend seeing the waterfall. It was beautiful. We had a lunch on the beach at a nice little restaurant. Beautiful scenery. Then we went shopping. Take dry clothes to do the waterfall because they have lockers provided and then you can change into dry clothes afterwards. Would recommend. Very nice people and we felt very safe.
