Good tour of Fort Worth - Good trip to Fort Worth. A number of shops you can visit. Liked the John Wayne Museum. Also at 4pm you can see the cattle run. Also get to see a good Kennedy Memorial.

Exciting trip! - I travelled from Australia to Texas and was staying in Dallas for 3 days. I have always wanted to go to Fort Worth to see the cattlewalk. This tour was perfect for my short trip as it was a half day 4 hour tour with convenient pickup from downtown. I had so much fun going to Fort Worth to see the city itself and also to know more about cowboys and I finally see the cattlewalk! Also, huge thanks to the friendly tour guide who made the tour more fun! :)

Mixed - The “tour” part of the experience was shorter than what I imagined. The description of the tour was vague enough that my expectations were perhaps not accurate. The driver drove extremely fast, which had me nervous….but not sure if he was driving speed limit or not. Driver was pleasant, and did a good job communicating ahead of pickup time to ensure accurate departure time and location.

Worst experience. Their customers is not their number one priority. - My husband and I had several days in Dallas before heading down to Austin. First time ever in Texas so booked a JFK tour on Sunday and a 1/2 day historical tour on Monday to Fort Worth. We had arrived Saturday late afternoon and I had booked both tours Saturday night. Had issues with my phone so couldn’t access tickets via phone but had to resort to the old fashioned way of printed tickets. Sunday at 10am did the jfk tour that at 12:30 leaves you at the 6th floor museum. The guide had to show me the info booth so I could wait to get my tickets printed out then had to wait in a line for the “12:30” showing. It was crowded that day and a wait before we were let upstairs. My phone had completely died at this point. We did not leave the museum until 2 pm on Sunday. Monday I arrived at the meeting point 12:50 pm for the 1:10 departure for next tour that I had paid for. I had received a text on Sunday as well with no picture but a message to meet at jfk memorial at a white van and no license plate number and his name was William for 1:10 departure. When my husband and I arrived there we saw a white van with no one in it and no one around. My husband and I stood there for about 10 minutes and another gentleman approached and asked if this was the Fort Worth tour, we said yes and just three of us were waiting for this tour. Finally a man approached and asked if I was Tiffany I said no my name was Mary and waiting for William for the 1:10 tour for Fort Worth. He knew William but said he was doing a 1:10 Fort Worth trip. I asked where William was and he said he would call the office. He has them on the phone and says my tickets were for yesterday and I was a no show. I said well I was on another tour through you guys yesterday at that time so why would I have done that. Can’t access my emails right now and I had Monday written down. I asked since I had clearly already paid for the tour and the van was there with just one person there for the Monday 1:10 tour could my husband and I join this tour. Clearly there was room since it was only one man there for the tour and the van sits at least 8 people. The man asked the person on the phone and he said dispatch says no and I would have to go through trip advisor to get my money back. The man was apologetic and said this was what dispatch was saying. I said ok and walked away which at this point the man had hung up with dispatch and was trying to call a Tiffany to find out where she was. At this point it was 1:15 past the 1:10 departure time. It looked like one man was going to get to enjoy this tour by himself, not sure if Tiffany ever showed up but clearly tour was under booked and had plenty of room to accommodate 2 more people to ensure “customers” are happy and talking about their great experience booking tours here. My warning is if a mishap happens in booking your tour through fun tours here the company is not accommodating in trying to work with you to make sure you have an enjoyable experience with them. I was frankly stunned that they would rather spend time driving one person around in a van talking about Fort Worth than helping a customer out to make their stay in Texas enjoyable when they had the means and the opportunity. $180 spent down the drain which I am sure I will have a hard time getting refunded. Could have all been worked out by letting us join the Monday tour that I thought I had originally booked. No misunderstanding allowed at this company.
