First Class Snow Day - Joshua Hassan provided me with first class service on a winter storm day. It was 11F with a wind chill at -5 and he came to work with a smile on his face and empathy for passengers with flight delays. We need more Joshua’s in our lives. See him in Terminal E if you can. Cheers.

Great quiet place to relax - I visited this Terminal E lounge this past weekend and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely courteous and professional and the ambience was quite nice. There's comfortable, well-arranged seating with tables. The food and drinks were good as well. Entry was free with my Amex Platinum Card. I'll be sure and visit this lounge any time I fly out of Terminal E.

Wonderful Plaza Premium Group Lounge Teminal E, Gate 31 DFX Airport - I came upon this lounge by chance as I wanted for a flight out of Terminal E in DFW International Airport. AmEx gave me full access. It was a welcome find as I usually go to the Centurion Lounge, which has been closed for a while (and still is). Plaza Premium Group Lounge was absolutely excellent; mainly due to the supervisor Mena Wahbaa. He was attentive, efficient, friendly, and competent. As was a later staff member who came on shift. The lounge was clean, the atmosphere one of relaxation and comfort, and the food was excellent. The service was impeccable and the 2 glasses of champagne I had during my 3-hour wait were one of the best I've ever had. I would rush to recommend everyone detour to Terminal E even if they are flying out of a different terminal purely to experience this amazing lounge.

Somewhat a disappointment - I was excited that I now had another place to wait at DFW. Incredibly small. When you look in the front door, that’s it. It was not that crowded. Just a straight shotgun room. No bathroom. There are 5 lounge chairs to sit in. It does have a significant number of tables to eat at. Food. Mostly Limited to wraps and soup. The tomato soup was good. They also had pot roast and mashed potatoes. They have some specialty coffees and drinks. Well Drinks are free but premium ones and bottle beer cost. The staff was friendly and did their part. We got in through Priority pass. If I would have paid $50 for admission I would have been disappointed.

Bad experience - This place is really small and the chairs outside in the airport waiting area are much better to relax. They had almost no food/cookies on a Friday evening when they should expect higher traffic. They simply said chef is not around to make wraps etc. They dont even have a proper coffee machine at aleast. They had a pot filled up with water and coffee. Come on guys, are you in 80s? This is supposed to be a premier lounge. I walked out without a choice and still had to pay for myself and my friends at the entrance. They were not ready to cancel my reservation

Not worth the money - Place is run down - charging ports not working, chairs uncomfortable, which is essential for a lounge. Food was bad. These types of places need to serve small hot dishes, mini desserts and fruit and cheese cups to be worth it - all they had was banana pudding and cold mini wrap sandwiches. Also said they don’t take reservations, when of course we had one.

Worse than free options - This place is worse than worthless. What I mean by that is: you are better off sitting on the airport chairs, even if this lounge were free. It’s so tight that the woman next to me accidentally spilled her drink trying to give me a little space. I’m a celiac and they assured me there were gf food options. There was even a legend pointing out how those would be clearly marked. I’ll never know - there weren’t any options. Again: this is a tiny place. There’s no reason they couldn’t check. It’s so crowded that the staff hardly had time to wipe down tables after guests left. This made the place just look and feel dirty. Do yourself a favor and just don’t go in here.

What a joke - What a joke. What is Premier? A small room with tables and chairs? It was packed. People waiting in the terminal. Space is so small. No quiet room, no lounge room. A bar and counter to order food and a McDonalds like seating area. Terrible.

Worth avoiding if you need anything to eat - Food is embarrassing. Drinks were ok. Try a different lounge as this one is clearly trying to pinch pennies. Only food was snack sized deli meat and slice of cheese "wrap".
