• Lắk Lake - Our guides will meet and have a short orientation about our itinerary and riding out of Nha Trang City. On the way we will visit the local fish market, fishing village and shellfish docks. We will explain the farming methods and age old shellfish and lobster techniques. We continue along the country side road stopping at a sugar cane farm where we explain how the field operates. We then stop for a rest to enjoy a freshly prepared lunch at a local hillside restaurant. We continue our journey through the backroads of the “Ede”, “Dao” and “H’mong” ancient villages. Here we learn their traditions, cultures, customs and about their daily lives. Our next stops are the black pepper, coffee plantations, and a traditional clay brick factory where we explain harvest and age old methods of manufacturing. We will stay overnight in the Van Long Resort (2 star) or home stay in the Long Stilt house of M’nong people by the lake. After dinner we can enjoy a Traditional Ethnic Music festival, drink homemade jug rice wine in the traditional and spiritual way. The celebration includes magical dancing and ritual performances with the M’nong people (Seasonal)
