Heartfelt learning adventure - The driver picked us up at the Cruise Ship in Nuremberg and took us to Dachau. An experienced guide gave an excellent tour in English. It was a very sobering yet amazing. The Suzart tour driver returned us to the ship, working with our schedule to top off an educational and heartfelt adventure.

Would recommend - Very humbling tour of a place no human should have ever been subjected to. Guide was informative. Tour was unexpectantly cancelled by the museum through no fault of the booking agency but the headphone tour was fine. Got to move at our own pace.

Visit Dachau to learn from our past - Learned so much about the history of Dachau and holocaust details. Was pleasantly surprised that the tour was not grisly or depressing-historical, timely, and we must learn from the past to protect our futures. Viator should have explained we would have been part of a larger tour group at Dachau. Private tour was transportation only; Rob was fantastic. He gave us information on the area history that enhanced our Dachau experience.

Excellent customizable tour - Excellent customized pick up/ drop off with Suzart Tours. Driver, Seba did a great job getting us to and from our port in Regensburg. The Memorial site is well planned out with indoor exhibits, a movie and a free tour of the grounds with a knowledgeable guide. Very sobering although vital as we must never forget!

Review details carefully ask for audio guide - Thank you for the tour. We enjoyed the private transport to Dachau and tge information provided during the drive. Our guide was professional, friendly and on time. Regarding the actual tour at the concentration camp. This portion is not private, it is with an extremely large group 50-60 people. This made it very difficult to learn the history of Dachau. Would recommend in the future to provide audio guide and allow people to tour on their own.

An easy way to get to Dachau - Make sure you read all of the description. The title says private tour, but when you get to Dachau, it is a combined tour...caught us off guard a bit. Especially for the price, I would have expected a private tour at Dachau, not just the private transfer. Saying that, the guide we had at the camp was excellent, engaged and informative, just not private. The transfer driver Rob, was great. Gave us a good rundown on relevant German history, was funny and friendly. The private car was spacious, but more truck-like than car-like in suspension. Some of the seats were quite limited in their view, so on the way out I could not see much, but I sat up the front with Rob on the way back and it was more comfortable. Still like sitting in a truck, but at least I could see what was going on.
