Surpassed expectations. - Exceptional punctuality. We arrived 20 mins sooner than expected and our driver was there ready to go. Mr Ko was an absolute gentleman. We were fortunate enough to meet his wife in passing and she was also lovely. Swift travel between our chosen stops, a great restaurant recommendation for food. This was definitely a trip to remember. Shared interesting facts about the island and really helped us to feel immersed in the local culture. I travelled with family and we would all recommend this service.

An unforgettable experience for 6 - Mr Lee our driver and guide was very observant, patient and helpful, ensuring that we have the best experience in Jeju. With him, the trip was enjoyable, filled with laughter and wonderful sightseeing.

Highly recommended: Jeju Tour with Mr Lee Hongmin - This was my first trip to Jeju, travelling with a group of friends for about four days, and engaging Jeju Namyang Travel.
We were guided by Mr Lee Hongmin, who is not only reliable, but also a hospitable and extremely fun and patient tour guide. He thoughtfully put together a relaxed and well-paced itinerary, allowing us to truly soaked in Jeju's natural beauty and charm rather than rushing from place to place.
What really stood out was how he went above and beyond his service. From taking great care of us throughout the trip, ensuring we always felt safe on the road, to voluntarily helping us capture beautiful photos and memories, his sincerity and dedication were evident in every detail.
Our Jeju experience was made all the more enjoyable and stress-free because of him. I would definitely engage Namyang Travel again when I next visit Jeju, and I highly recommend Mr Lee to anyone looking for a customised and meaningful Jeju to our.

Wonderful Customised Private Tour - We have a wonderful trip at Jeju. Hong Min helped us from planning to transportation to guiding us throughout the 2 days tour at West & South & East Jeju. We are so glad to be able to communicate with him and Mr Jung in English and Mandarin. And he manage to cater to what we wanted and what we would like to see and experience. Other than visiting the local attractions, we manage to try yummy local dishes too. Hope to visit Jeju again soon.

Great Jeju Island tour! - Mr Hong was very knowledgeable and took us to all the highlights of the island. We had 2 kids with us and he was incredibly patient and kind. He knows the island well and even took us to some spots that were less crowded so we could really experience Jeju!

Wonderful tour of Jeju! - Mr. Hong, our tour guide/driver was amazing. Knowledgeable, attentive, accommodating and very funny. He brought us to many different sites across Jeju. A wonderful experience. Would strongly recommend doing this tour with him!

Amazing Day in Jeju! - My daughter and I had a wonderful tour with Mr. Lee. I've been to Jeju before, but my daughter had not. Mr. Lee was very easy to communicate with and quickly made a plan based on the places she was the most interested in seeing. We went to see the Haenyeo female divers and arrived just in time for one of their shows. We decided to stay for lunch and Mr. Lee happily accommodated anything we decided to do spur of the moment. We enjoyed that so much, as well as the very touching Haenyeo museum. We went a few other places but ended up having some time left at the end. Mr. Lee recommended a stop at the Dongmun Market and we really enjoyed our stop there. We wouldn't hesitate at all to use Namyang Travel again the next time we're in Jeju.

Friendly experience, 100% - It was a smooth process to book & send my day itinerary to the manager which I booked via WhatsApp. The private hire driver assigned to me was alvleny middle aged lady, and she helped to liaise with various staff if needed in Korean.
I wanted seafood ramen and she recommended a few nearby places which were near my previous itinerary spots.
She was understanding and patient when bringing me around via a vehicle. It would be useful if you can pick up a bit of Korean if you pick local places, which I did for my lunch and experience.

Mr Lee Hongmin is a Great guide/driver who runs an extra mile for his guests - It was a wonderful 5 days private tour with Mr Lee Hongmin. He followed very closely to our wishlist though time was tight. He brought us to affordable and nice local restaurants and threw in a few other nice local spots where we could catch the nicest cherry blossoms.
He said he is just a driver but accompanied us over mountains and round coastal rocks. Best of all, he was our photographer most times, always capturing the best angles. He was funny and entertained the group all the way even when he was tired with long driving...
Eventually, it was more like a friendship than a business transaction when we parted. He is candid and sincere in all his dealings and is one of the best guides I have ever met in my many holidays trips.
I highly recommend Mr Lee and will definitely engage his service again.

We asked for an English... - We asked for an English speaking driver. Our guide could barely speak English. Google translate was ok but we had a couple mishaps due to thr language barrier.
