Red Valley, totally worth it. Don't miss out on it. - Guides picked us up at 4am, as scheduled. We drove to a small town hours away and stoped for breakfast. There are many beautiful scenes along the way so have your camera ready. Once on site, we reviewed ATV instructions and started driving up. The scenery is stunning and beautiful. The land is red all around, and the plants are so vividly green that a normal photo looks edited. The trek up the mountain is very challenging. Very very challenging. Take your time. Don't push yourself too hard. Be mantally prepared for walking a little and then stopping to catch your breath. It's also very cold. Bring gloves, especially if you will drive your ATV. Once at Rainbow Mountain, there will be a lot of people waiting to take their photo. There's people along the way selling snacks, water and coffe. Bring change if you want to buy some. Or better yet, bring your own. Just take your trash with you. Overall, I liked the Red Valley part of the trip more then the actual Rainbow Mountain. Truly an experience worth having and definitely recommended.

Perfect day trip! - Samuel was an excellent tour guide and made sure we (three friends) had a great time. ATV was a lot of fun and the hike itself was beautiful. Samuel made sure to take amazing photos of everyone both at rainbow mountain and also during the ATV ride. A fun day to remember!

Phenomenal experience!! - It was a fabulous trip! Well organized. Pick up at hotel as communicated, breakfast and lunch well arranged. Bus transportation to /from starting point efficient and safe! The ATV trip was amazing! Red valley is spectacular with many opportunities to stop and take it all in. The hike to Rainbow Mountain was great as well. It’s high, so be prepared. The guides kept an eye on us, provided good safety information and also provided a nice aerosol spray to facilitate breathing at high altitude ( we can not take the coca leaves) Overall a phenomenal experience!!

BAD - I purchased this tour for two people and they were not prepared with enough working atv's. In fact, one had a flat tire and we had to wait for that to be filled with a hand pump. My friend got on the back of mine and it killed her back immediately so she asked the guide if she could just go back to the bus. Yes. I went ahead without her. When she got back to the bus area--no bus. No people. Eventually two loca women showed up. Not spanish speaking. She spent hours alone in the cold waiting for me to come back. I asked for her percentage of the money back and got less then half of hers back. She lost a day of vacation. I am lucky I didn't lose a friend. They also don't spend enough time teaching you how to use the atv. They don't even teach you how to turn it on or back it up so you learn the hard way. But visit rainbow mountain??? Heck, yes. Just not with this tour group!

Unprofessional/ Cancelled without Notice - Pickup was at 4:10am. At 4:20 I called them and the man said he will find out where’s the transportation. At 4:40 I called once again, because he didn’t get back to me, and he proceeded to say there not doing that tour that day. Very unprofessional not to communicate in advance, left outside waiting, and only knew the activity was canceled because I called several times.

Unprofessional Company - My pickup was scheduled for 4:10 am and I was waiting outside the hotel. At 4:20 I called to ensure pickup and the man on the phone said he’ll find out and hung up on me. At 4:37 I called again and the man said they’re not doing the tour today. Lacking a lot of professionalism to not advise in advance and me finding out way after my pickup time, and only because I called twice.

Get out of this agency. - The guide is nothing more than an escort, he barely opens his mouth to explain about the tour, but until then ok. The biggest problem is frustration started when we got to the site of the ATVs, there was nothing prepared, they spent almost an hour to remove the ATVs fill tires repair others. And then came the surprise, there was no ATV for everyone, the guide placed was accommodating everyone and I and my bride stayed without, he turned to us said he would take them and then picked us up for about an hour. I said no, it was a long time and that would compromise the ride if that was the way I'd rather go back. He left me talking picked up the Van driver put in his group and left us there, in the cold, rain with the Van locked, the place is extremely abandoned, no shelter, it was awful. After a little over 1h he came back. Gave us an ATV and sent us to go along the trail, no guidance went behind and left us in front. When we got to the walking point we went to the mountain and when we got there we didn’t stay for 20 minutes and we had to come back quickly because the others had already gone. The mountain is beautiful. But the tour was traumatic because of the agency and the guide. As an agency with responsibilities leaves two tourists who can barely speak the local language in an environment without structure and alone, in the cold and rain. Get away from these people. The place is beautiful but choose the agency better.
