- Chinchero - Visitors will explore the traditional market, where bartering is practiced, and visit a weaving workshop. Here, locals who uphold the QUECHUA tradition will demonstrate how they derive colors from natural plants. Guests can also take beautiful photos dressed in Andean attire. (This visit includes only part of the town of Chinchero and an Andean textile center.)
- Moray - The journey continues to MORAY, located at 3,450 meters (11,318 feet), where agricultural terraces with a sophisticated irrigation system can be found. These terraces, carved into a large bowl and further excavated by the Incas, were likely used to determine the best growing conditions for crops. They functioned as natural greenhouses, allowing a diverse range of crops to grow at high altitudes. The Incas had advanced knowledge of creating specific sub-climates.
- Salt Maras Peru - The next stop is the Salt Mines. En route, visitors will pass through Maras Village, which retains its colonial architectural charm with buildings made of thin stone. The tour then proceeds to Salineras, where 3,000 small pools are filled with salt water from a natural hot spring every three days during the dry season. This site has been operational since pre-Inca times. The salt is ground, treated with iodine, packaged, and distributed to various regional markets.
- Cusco - Finally, guests will return to Cusco (around 3:15 pm near Plaza de Armas) in time to enjoy lunch on their own.

Very good - Very good walk. Immersion in local culture and gastronomy. Organized staff, guide Jhon very helpful and a good communicator. Driver drives well and safely.

期待以上でした。More than expected - ツアーバスは時間通りにホテルの前に来てくれました。メッセージのやり取りもWhat’s appでスムーズに出来ました。インカ文明やケチュアの人々の暮らしに関する理解が深まり、面白かったです。
Our tour guide picked up us on time. We could communicate by what’s app so smoothly. It was interesting to know about the Inca civilization and the lives of the Quechua people.

Good communication and accurate itinerary - I went on a half day tour to Moray, Maras, and Chinchero. The tour went as described. I believe the tour guides name was Jovenal. He was a great communicator and our driver was excellent and safe. Overall, I found it to be a great value and a super relaxed way to enjoy the day, as I was still acclimating to the altitude.
Just a heads up, the stop in Chinchero was enjoyable but it appears there are reviews that question the price/ quality of the goods sold there, which is really unfortunate bc it spoils my experience. I wish I had opted to leave a small tip instead of making my biggest purchase of my trip there.

Felipe led a fun-filled day at the salt mines and Moray - My daughter and I went on this awesome tour with Felipe. This tour was top shelf! He was funny, informative, and organized. The Moray and Maras stops were amazing; and the stop at Chinchero was interesting and we appreciated that the selling atmosphere was not intense and the prices were fair. Well done!

Best Tour of the Sacred Valley! - Our family has the BEST time on our tour with Felipe (tour guide) and Juan Carlos (driver)! We were so impressed with their flexibility, professionalism, and enthusiasm in conducting the tour. They are both wonderful guides and people, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough! The company was also very accommodating and helped drop us back off in Cusco for an additional $30 USD. They are a fantastic tour company! Note: Though the company sent us this link through TripAdvisor to leave a review, we followed the exact itinerary and completed the booking on GetYourGuide.

Really Enjoyable Tour - We took the trip with Marco today around Chinchero, Moray and Salinieras. It was a really good tour and I would recommend it. The Chinchero crafts centre was really interesting with a short talk, lots to buy and alpacas and llamas to stroke. The Moray circular terraces were fascinating and Marco gave a really good explanation of why they were built . And finally the salt pans at Salieneras were impressive and great for photos. The tour was good value and Marco went the extra mile to make sure everyone had a good time.

Amazing tour and tour guide - Amazing half day tour, our guide Rehinder was so knowledgeable and I found all the info he shared about the history of Peru so interesting. Seeing the weaving process, moray, and salt mines was a great way to spend the day, and I would definitely say Rehinder made the tour even better than expected.

Nice half day out of Cusco! - I booked directly via their website and communication via WhatsApp was fast and easy to communicate in English as well :)
