Zero Effort, 5 AM Start & Breathtaking Views! - We booked the “Rainbow Mountain Without Hiking” tour and upgraded to private for just $50—best decision! Most tours leave at 4 AM, but with the upgrade, we left at 5 AM, got extra sleep, and skipped all the hotel pickups.
Rogelio (our guide) and Boni (our driver) were amazing—helpful, kind, and fun. We took motorbikes both up and down—no hiking at all! The views were spectacular, and everything was truly effortless. Rogelio gave my wife oxygen at the top as she was a bit out of breath and took a great care of my family.
We were underdressed, but luckily the breakfast stop had gloves and thermal underpants for sale as well—so convenient!
Highly recommend this tour for comfort, views, and great service.

Awesome experience! - This was a very well planned, well executed excursion that included both breakfast and lunch. Suffering from altitude sickness made hiking rainbow mountain impossible, so having the motorbikes take us up was amazing. The guide was kind, knowledgeable, and very attentive. Definitely recommend!

Unmatched experience - Well my first experience traveling internationally and it was amazing. Peru was a trip to Auto realize me. The trip to the mountain of 7 colors with Rogelio was an incredible one. The treatment of us, the knowledge of history, his charisma, love for the land and wisdom was an enriching one. Everything was an adventure, from the four-wheelers, riding a motorbike to climb the mountain and walking to observe the Mountain of 7 Colors was amazing. Definitely recommended 100%. Thank you.

Stunning way to journey to Rainbow Mountain - I absolutely loved this small group tour. By taking ATVs up the majority of the mountain, we got to see so much of the countryside and acclimatize gradually. Our guide, Rogelio was fantastic.

Rainbow Mountain Tour with Rohelio - Rohelio our tour guide was amazing! We spend 11 hours together and did the rainbow mountain. He prepared us for the altitude by informing us to drink coca tea, and kept us safe while we were hiking the trail. During our six hours in the car he gave us constant information about the Inka people and the surrounding areas as we traveled. The dirt bikes were a fun experience to get most of the way up the mountain. Lunch was great too. Rohelio helped us multiple times with altitude sickness and he was prepared with smelling oils which helped us. 100/100 amazing experience!

The best option - I went on a quad bike (which was absolutely sensational) and on the part of walking I went on a bike. Besides getting much faster, you don't get up there exhausted to enjoy the view. It's amazing. I highly recommend!

10/10 - The views were amazing! I was really more amazed by this mountain than Machu Picchu. All employees are sunshine. Rogelio continually offered to take pictures and the truth is that he knows how to do it well. If you don't feel like hiking at that point but still want to go, I recommend this 100%. My favorite tour of the 3 I've done so far. They take you to the bottom and you have the option to ride a quad bike or a motorbike with a local... and that takes you until arrival. Very authentic employees and very good people.

Just Ok experience - Rainbow mountain was nice we took motorcycles up and even though it was foggy we had a good view and nice experience. We did however feel that we were merged with another group. We were signed up for 3:30 pickup and were told night before 4am. Then we were supposed to have max 13 but was more like 19. Only a few of us took motorcycles and the rest walked which meant when we were done we had to wait over an hour for everyone to come back down and we had nothing to do but sit in the van. I read reviews where the guide was great and informative. Ours didn't say a word on the trip, was gruff and went off with the people hiking and left us with the driver. Because we had to wait for the people walking we got back late into Cusco. The trip was 10-11 hrs est but took longer. On the other hand our driver Raul was very nice.
