The best option - I went on a quad bike (which was absolutely sensational) and on the part of walking I went on a bike. Besides getting much faster, you don't get up there exhausted to enjoy the view. It's amazing. I highly recommend!

10/10 - The views were amazing! I was really more amazed by this mountain than Machu Picchu. All employees are sunshine. Rogelio continually offered to take pictures and the truth is that he knows how to do it well. If you don't feel like hiking at that point but still want to go, I recommend this 100%. My favorite tour of the 3 I've done so far. They take you to the bottom and you have the option to ride a quad bike or a motorbike with a local... and that takes you until arrival. Very authentic employees and very good people.

Rainbow Mountain Dreams - This tour was so amazing. We were picked up promptly at 3:30 in the morning and driven to our breakfast spot. We then made our way through the Andes mountains to get to rainbow mountain. This tour was designed for people who have mobility issues or possible elevation problems due to living at sea level such as myself. I am living in Los Angeles at sea level so I thought this would be perfect for me to be able to see rainbow mountain. When we arrived we were paired up with a local who took us up the mountain on a motorbike and it was super fun. It's a short ride but make sure you dress up perfectly cuz it's very chilly in the morning. The tour guide is absolutely amazing and pure of heart. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes excellent photos. He truly cares for individuals and it shows in the way that he interacts with people. I highly recommend it!

Awesome! - I wanted to come to Cusco, Peru to experience Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain, but my husband have bad knees and walking and hiking for 4 hours would've been impossible so when I came across this activity option, I was so happy. Our tour guide Rogelio was responsive and answered all my questions before the tour. And on the day of the tour he was professional, patient and prompt. He picked us up at our hotel and explained the itinerary for the day. About 1 1/2 hours into our trip, we stopped for buffet breafast and then onward. On our way to the mountain we saw a heard of lamas and he stopped for us to take a few pictures. Once we got to the site, our motorcycle riders were already there waiting for us. We got on and about 10 minutes later we arrived at Rainbow Mountain. Our guide Rogelio was waiting there for us and helped us took some amazing pictures. Once we told him we were done, the motorcycle riders took us back down and we started to head back to our hotel. On our way back we stopped at the cutest little town to for some ice cream. Halfway through, we stopped for a buffet lunch, which was very good with alot of options. Overall this was a great experienced and I'm beyond happy. They made it possible for us to experienced Rainbow Mountain. Thank you so much!
