Beautiful and fun! - Our tour was excellent. The ATVs were really fun, as well as the two stops. The guides were really friendly and knowledgable. Enjoy!

Great day! - This was a lot of fun! It was our last scheduled activity in Cusco and we are so glad we didn't miss Moray and the Salt Mines. The atvs worked well and our tour guide was very good!

Great half day in the sacred valley! - The main point of this tour is the ATV ride with the bonus of seeing the Incan agricultural site of Moray and the Maras salt flats. Overall, great experience. Easy meeting point in the city center, a little less than an hour drive to the ATV site where we got a rundown of the day, how the atvs work, and the 5-10 mins of driving in a circle to get the hang of things. Then we were off! The atvs can only go to Moray so it was there and back thru farmland on the quads. I felt like we traveled at a decent speed and had some fun acceleration points. This was my first time on a quad and I felt well prepared with the coaching in the beginning and how the guides communicated on the ride. At moray, it was a quick speech and then 30 mins of free time to walk around. Guides took our pics there and then on the way back too. Once back from the ride, it was a quick 20 mins van ride to a little shop near Maras. There we got a nice talk about the salt flats and sampled some chocolate. We were able to purchase stuff there too (yes it’s a shop, but it was a quick maybe 15-30 mins). Then off to Maras, again 30 mins to look around. The salt pans are very cool and I’m very happy I booked the trip! Would highly recommend if you want a half day tour with a side of adrenaline.

Nice service - I was originally supposed to go on this tour on the 15th but I was sick. They were kind enough to let me reschedule it for a different date. The guys were really kind. I struggled with controlling the ATV and the guy drove with me so I wasn't left all the way behind. Great service, they provided water. We went to the salt mines and Moray! It was worth the risk.

Amazing Quad Bike Adventure to Moray & the Salt Mines! - What an incredible day! None of us had ever ridden a quad bike before, but the guides made it so easy and fun — they were friendly, patient, and always supportive. We felt comfortable the whole time. The stops at the salt mines and Moray were breathtaking. So unique and beautiful — both were definite highlights. The way the tour was structured made it feel really well balanced: we had plenty of time at each site to soak everything in. A special shout-out to our guide, who took amazing photos of us during the ride and at the sites — those will be memories we’ll treasure. If you’re looking for an adventurous, scenic, and well-organized tour in the Sacred Valley, this one hits it all. Highly recommend!

Best Views and Experience - Experience was amazing. The explanation, safety measures and the views made the experience extra special. Worth every penny, just keep in mind that if you go in dry season is really dusty, so go with appropriate clothes, but with dust and all I’ll recommend it.

Mixed Experience – Communication and Coordination Could Be Improved - I booked the Quad Bike Tour to Moray and the Salt Mines through Quad Cusco Operations. The booking process started out professional — Gustavo provided tour details via WhatsApp, including pickup time (11:00–11:10 AM at Pariwana Hostel) and additional costs for Moray (70 soles) and Salt Mines (20 soles). They also requested my passport photo for accounting, which seemed standard practice. They did not reply that night and didn’t reply until after 11:30 AM, 30 minutes after my pickup. However, the day of the tour turned out a bit confusing. I arrived early at the pickup spot but received mixed messages from two different numbers — one from Quad Cusco Operations and another from Quad Bike Cusco (Carla). I wasn’t sure if they were part of the same company. Communication was polite, but the language barrier made things harder to follow. I ended up waiting longer than expected for pickup. Carla eventually confirmed my driver, Anthony, Once things got moving, the day improved — the ATV experience itself was enjoyable and scenic, and the zipline was a great addition. Later in the day, though, there was another delay — I waited nearly an hour after the zipline for my ride to continue the tour. The team apologized and explained it was because I was the only participant in that time slot, but clearer communication or backup coordination would have made the experience smoother. Pros: • The ATV and zipline activities were fun and well-run once they started. • The staff were kind when they were responsivr. • The scenery around Moray and Maras was stunning. Cons: • Confusing communication between different WhatsApp numbers. Communication needs to be better in general. • Pickup delays and unclear meeting point instructions. Clear itineraries can be better. • Long wait time after the zipline with limited updates. Overall, the adventure part of the tour was enjoyable, but the organization before and between activities could use improvement. If you book, I recommend double-confirming the pickup location and staying in touch with your assigned contact the morning of the tour.

The trip itself was good... - The trip itself was good but I would have liked more time on the ATV’s. For a 6 hour trip we were only on the ATVs for 1.5 hours. We also went out of order than what the listing said which was odd. Lots of walking involved so be aware of that if you are booking before your body has time to acclimate to altitude
