Cerro Colorado Vinicunca - Our great tour towards the mountain of colors in ATVs begins with the pick up of tourists in their respective hotels from 3:15 to 3:30 am, at the first time and then travel in our tourist transport for a time of 2:40 minutes to the town of Japura (4200 meters above sea level), arriving at this place approximately 6:20 am, where our delicious breakfast buffet awaits us.
after breakfast our guide will give the necessary instructions to start the great adventure in the ATVS traveling to qosqopata (4900 meters above sea level) for an average time of 1 hour and then walk for 35 minutes, a distance of 1.5 kilometers to reach the viewpoint of the impressive mountain of 7 colors (5038 meters above sea level), in mountain of colors we will have enough time to take the best photos because we are the first to reach the mountain of colors we find without the conglomeration of tourists a perfect time to take photos, shoot videos and enjoy the beauty of the colors after visiting we return for 25 minutes to the place where we leave the ATVs and then each take our ATVs and return to the town of Japura where our delicious awaits us lunch.
After lunch return to Cusco arriving at the average 3:30 pm, we finish the tour in the corresponding hotels.

So fun! - The quad bikes were so fun and we had a great time on them, scenery was beautiful. Went up on a motorcycle and down on horseback, hardly any walking, our guides supplied oxygen at the top,

Excellent tour with Motorcycle option - We started our tour day at 3:20 AM. They were there on time and were very good at rounding up the people from the other hotels. The trip is about 3.5 hours. Luckily, 1.5 hours into the drive they pull over for breakfast. Which was a very nice buffet style restaurant. This was the only place that had free bathrooms. So bring extra Sol(Peruvian Money) Because every bathroom after that, you have to pay 1-2 Sol each. After breakfast, you finish out the drive and arrive at the ATV site. From there, you will depart on ATV to the base of rainbow mountain. From there you have three options(walk, horseback, Motorcycle). We chose the motorcycle option. Which cost us 70 Sol each round trip (approx $25ea). The motorcycle option is the fastest way up the mountain. It can be done in about 7 to 8 minutes. The walking option takes 45-60mins!!!! I highly recommend the motorcycle option because it gives you more time up top. The views were breathtaking of rainbow mountain They had local vendors who were selling food and other snack items. You have a proximately 45 to 60 minutes on top before you have to Descend the mountain. At the bottom, you will go back on ATV, Get in the van, and drive back to Cusco. On the way back you will stop at the same restaurant and have a buffet style lunch. So the drive is not 3.5hrs straight. It’s broken up into two legs, which is very nice.

Awesome experience - Everything was awesome, the mist cleared and we got to see the mountain in all her glory.
Also when we all got to the top on separate bikes, we didn’t know which way to go or if we were supposed to wait for our tour guide. Otherwise all was great

If you are in Cusco it is a must do trip. - Before leaving my wife and I thought we were too old for this trip. Guide and her help were very supportive and we made it. I also needed some oxygen and she helped me with it.

Amazing experience - I had an amazing experience. Don't think twice and book it. It was a smooth pick and drop off. Breakfast and lunch was included and it was delicious. Overall, I have nothing bad to say.

BAD guides, Beautiful rainbow Mountain ! - This tour was good but the guides and the vibe of the tour was bad!! First the guides barely spoke to us! Minimal communication and it almost seamed as if they were doing US a favor!
Then fast forward to the quads so the scenery is just breath taking so as I was driving as a solo driver I was looking around so I swayed a little well guess what they stopped and the female guide came and told me I was not in a perfect line haha WTH??? But with attitude not nice at all!! So then I was so tense that I had to be in a perfect line I couldn’t enjoy the scenery.
Then we get to the top, the instructions prior to the tour , said we needed $25 Peruvian pesos for the entrance and $50 pesos if we chose the motorcycle. Ok well then they said $50 pesos to go up and $20 pesos to come down! WTH again total rip off! So my friend and I never got how long we were supposed to be up at the summit never saw the guides till the end. Then on the way back I guess there was an influencer that they were filming for they made us be part of the video without asking yet NEVER SAID WE COULD have THE VIDEOS! They stopped once for the Lamas shot But didn’t stop at the best stops! Back down to camp again no communication got to the lunch spot food was good. Then we got a brief explanation of the history of the mountain and then back to Cusco. Horrible guides the rainbow mountain is beautiful but deff different guides there was a female guide and 2 males they seriously acted like they were miserable and did not want to be there! I travel extensively and I’ve taken many many tours and these guides need to be removed from this tour! I’ve been on many quad tours and they are always fun and cool this one will go down as boring I was falling asleep thts how boring it was just horrible!

No consideration for falling sick - This is a rating for the agency. We did not land up going on the trip. My wife fell sick just the day before and the agency did not consider that to give us a credit for a future date so we ended up wasting the full amouny.
