Good Variety, Big Personality - Had a great time with Fernando. We sampled different fruits as he explained the differences in sweet/sour fruits. He had lots of great tips and explained why we did certain things during ceviche preparation. The private market was fascinating to see all the different types of corn, potatoes, and chilis. Preparing the saltado was a great experience and made you feel like a chef. Very knowledgeable, food and cocktails were delicious and Fernando was very funny

Cooking with my wife on our Honeymoon - Fernando was a great teacher. Funny, relaxed, irreverent, willing to talk about more than the dishes, quick to personalize. We toured a private market, learned about all the amazing Peruvian produce, made ceviche, drank pisco AND then played with fire to make Lomo Saltado. Fernando was knowledgeable, not only about the cuisine, but the culture.

You’ll love it! - We booked this class to learn more about Peruvian cuisine and we got more than that. Chef Fernando was amazing when giving you background about the dishes to prepare and ingredients to use, but also made the whole experience very entertaining and funny. The Pisco taste was the cherry at the top as we enjoyed it so much. We enjoyed cooking with him a lot and we would do it again when visiting Cusco. I highly recommend this experience, you’ll enjoy it a lot!
