The Peruvian Cooking Class, including cocktails and a local Market Tour in Cusco, begins at San Pedro Market. Here, participants will be introduced to a wide variety of ingredients, including traditional Peruvian foods and ingredients like potatoes. Following this, participants will be taken to a beautiful Cooking Studio located in the heart of Cusco. In this “hands-on” class, they will learn to prepare 03 dishes and 02 nutritious and healthy cocktails using the most representative ingredients (Pisco and fruits) under the guidance of a Peruvian Professional Chef/Barman. Participants will learn how to make cebiche, causa limeña, and quinoa tamal.
They will be able to recreate 02 cocktails and Peruvian dishes at their own parties at home.
At the end of the class, recipes will be provided.

Participants will prepare three Peruvian dishes and two cocktails. The Peruvian cooking, cocktails, and market tour begins at San Pedro Market (entrance number 1), where there will be a visit to this historic market. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample some of Peru’s most exotic fruits, known as superfoods.

Participants will prepare three Peruvian dishes and two cocktails. The Peruvian cooking, cocktails, and market tour begins at San Pedro Market (entrance number 1), where there will be a visit to this historic market. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample some of Peru’s most exotic fruits, known as superfoods.
Following the market visit, the group will proceed to a bar studio located in a traditional house from 1930. The experience kicks off with crafting the most delightful cocktails using fresh fruits purchased from the local market and Pisco.
The dishes to be prepared include Peruvian tamal (quinoa), cebiche, and causa limeña.
This class is fully hands-on, allowing participants to engage in all aspects of the preparation. After the class, recipes will be provided so that participants can recreate the dishes with family and friends.

The cocktail and cooking experiences in Cusco are available both in the morning and afternoon.
