The Peruvian Cooking Class, Cocktails, and Local Market Tour in Cusco starts at the San Pedro Market, where participants will be introduced to a wide array of traditional Peruvian ingredients, including various types of potatoes and more.
Following the market tour, participants will be taken to a beautiful Cooking Studio located in the heart of Cusco. Here, they will enjoy a hands-on class led by a professional Peruvian chef. They will learn to prepare 3 signature dishes: ceviche, causa limeña, and quinoa tamal, along with 2 nutritious and refreshing cocktails made with Peru’s most iconic ingredients, such as Pisco and native fruits. At the end, they will try the most traditional dessert: PICARONES.
By the end of the class, participants will have the skills to recreate these cocktails and dishes at home for their family and friends. They will also receive the recipes to take with them.

Participants will prepare three Peruvian dishes and two cocktails. The Peruvian Cooking, Cocktails, and Market Tour begins at San Pedro Market (entrance number 1), where attendees will explore this historic market. Participants will prepare three Peruvian dishes and two cocktails. The Peruvian Cooking, Cocktails, and Market Tour begins at San Pedro Market (entrance number 1), where attendees will explore this historic market. They will have the opportunity to taste some of Peru’s most exotic fruits, known as superfoods.
Following the market visit, the group will proceed to our bar studio, located in a traditional house from the 1930s. The experience kicks off with crafting delightful cocktails using fresh fruits purchased from the market and Pisco.
Participants will prepare Peruvian tamal (quinoa), cebiche, and causa limeña.
The class is fully hands-on, allowing everyone to engage in the preparation process. After the class, recipes will be provided so participants can recreate the dishes with family and friends.
Please note: The cocktail and cooking experiences in Cusco are available both in the morning and afternoon.
