A delicious experience - It was a great experience. Carlos explained everything in great detail. He took us to the market first and explained all the ingredients that would be used in the dishes. In total, we did 2 cocktails and 3 dishes, and then they gave us a traditional dessert. It was a very informative and fun class, and we can now cook some Peruvian dishes back home!

Entertaining and informative - Went with family and I’m a picky eater who normally wouldn’t experiment with food. Had a great time walking through the market with our host and then back at the studio making drinks and meals. Was a wonderful time to spend in Peru.

Highly recommend - This experience is so worth it! A real value of your money all the way through, starting by the guided market shopping, with explanations of ingredients + tasting, and then the class and dinner which was so much more complete than what I was expecting. Great structure at the studio, very clean, very interactive, and very full of lessons about food and also about the country’s and its cuisine history. Carlos is an amazing guide, and amazing chef, definitely made the over 4 hours so fun and engaging!

An underrated experience in Cusco - I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go to this class, but I’m so glad I came. The value for money is really great, you eat so well, learn how prepare drinks and food, and the walk around the market was also pretty good. It’s almost 4:30hrs so you definitely get a lot. Carlos is a great guide and chef. You will not regret booking this

Great experience with local flavors - Excellent experience! We started with a short but interesting and informative tour of the local market with our guide Carlos. We then headed to the kitchen location. Carlos had 2 cooking assistants who brought out supplies and ingredients and took away used items seamlessly. The entire experience was highly organized and well-run. All of the drinks and food we made and ate were excellent, with great flavors and continual coaching from Carlos. This was our first cooking experience, and we were very happy and satisfied with our day.
