The afternoon is reserved for relaxation and acclimatization, but if desired, you can embark on an initial exploration independently. A visit to the Malecón de Miraflores is recommended for a pleasant walk along the Costa Verde seafront, or head to Larcomar, a shopping center with breathtaking ocean views and a diverse culinary selection.
For this first day, it is advisable to choose light meals to ease the transition to the new environment.
CITY TOUR IN LIMA
Lima - The day begins early with a morning pick-up from your hotel for an approximately 5-hour city tour of Lima, divided into three parts:
- Ancient Lima: Visit Huaca Pucllana, a remarkable pre-Inca ceremonial site from 500 AD, showcasing the Lima civilization.
- Colonial Lima: Explore the Historic Center, discovering architectural treasures like the Palace of Justice, Plaza San Martin, La Merced Church, Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral of Lima, the Chocolate Museum, and the Museum of the Central Reserve Bank.

Modern Lima: Conclude the tour in the modern district of Miraflores, with stops at the Parque del Amor and the Villena Bridge, offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.

ARRIVAL IN CUSCO / CITY TOUR
Q’enqo - The day begins with a transfer from the hotel to Jorge Chavez Airport for the flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and taken to the hotel to rest and adjust to the altitude. A light meal is recommended during the initial hours.
In the afternoon, the City Tour in Cusco starts at 2:00 p.m., beginning with the Cusco Cathedral, a colonial masterpiece with valuable artworks. Next, visit the Qoricancha, an ancient Inca temple dedicated to the Sun. Continue to the nearby archaeological sites: Sacsayhuaman, with its massive stone walls; Qenqo, an ancient ceremonial center; and finally Tambomachay and Puka Pucara, where the significance of water and territorial control in the Inca Empire is explored.
The tour concludes with a return to Cusco, leaving you near the Plaza de Armas to freely enjoy the historic center, local cuisine, and the city’s unique atmosphere.
SACRED VALLEY
Ollantaytambo - At 08:00 hrs, the tour begins with a pick-up from your hotel, heading to the magnificent Sacred Valley of the Incas. The first stop is the Taray viewpoint, offering a breathtaking panoramic view.
Next, visit the traditional market of Pisaq, vibrant with colors, crafts, and local products. Continue to the Archaeological Park of Pisaq to explore its terraces, temples, and Inca remnants.
At noon, head to Urubamba for a buffet lunch featuring regional flavors.
In the afternoon, visit the Ollantaytambo Archaeological Center, a gem of Inca architecture with living history. At the end, you will be dropped off near the train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, hotel staff will be ready to escort you to your accommodation.
MACHU PICCHU
Machu Picchu - Begin the day with breakfast at your hotel in Aguas Calientes, preparing for a day filled with history and stunning landscapes.
Proceed to the bus station (CONSETUR) to ascend to the Machu Picchu Sanctuary. The bus ride lasts about 30 minutes, offering spectacular views of the natural surroundings.
Upon arrival, embark on a guided tour of approximately 2.5 hours, visiting the main archaeological sites and learning about the history and architecture of the area.
Afterwards, enjoy free time to continue exploring and capturing photos independently, soaking in the unique energy of this world wonder.
Return by bus to Aguas Calientes, where lunch awaits at a local restaurant, perfect for recharging before the return journey.
In the afternoon, take the train to Ollantaytambo, enjoying the Andean landscape. Upon arrival, private transportation will return you to Cusco, concluding a day filled with magic and history.
MOUNTAIN OF COLORS
Vinicunca - The day starts very early (4:00-4:30 a.m.) with a pick-up from your hotel in Cusco, heading to the village of Cusipata, where a traditional Andean breakfast will be served.
Continue the journey to the trek’s starting point. From there, begin an ascent of approximately 1 hour (2 km) through impressive Andean landscapes.
At the summit of the Montaña de Colores, enjoy about 40 minutes to admire the scenery, take photos, and connect with nature.
Afterwards, descend to Cusipata, where a typical lunch awaits to conclude the experience with local flavors.
Finally, return to Cusco, arriving around 17:00 hrs, with a heart full of memories.
TRANSFER TO AIRPORT AT CUSCO
