CUSCO - CLOUD FOREST - PILLCOPATA

Kosnipata Valley - The tour begins with a bus pickup from the hotel, airport, bus station, or designated meeting point between 5:30 and 6:00 AM. Along the way, visitors will explore the funeral towers of Ninamarca, the native village of Paucartambo, and after a 4-hour journey from Cusco, reach the Manu National Park (Acjanaco). In the cloud forest, there is an opportunity to see roosters of the rocks, quetzals, and a rich variety of biodiversity.

Chullpas de Ninamarca - A chullpa or chullpar is an ancient funerary tower of Aymara and Quechua origin, featuring an angular or round base. These structures were originally built for individuals of high status in Aymara and Inca cultures.

The Collao Chullparian tradition dates back to the 13th and 14th centuries, following the fall of Tiahuanaco. Its use as a mausoleum for authorities quickly became customary in areas adjacent to the highlands until the early 16th century (colonial-early).

BOCA MANU - MANU NATIONAL PARK

Manu National Park - Early in the morning, the tour proceeds to observe the parrot clay lick, followed by a 6-hour boat tour. During this journey, visitors can see a variety of animals on the beaches, such as alligators, turtles, capybaras, birds, and possibly the jungle’s king, the Jaguar. The tour concludes with a visit to a 30-meter observation tower.

Manu National Park - A 3- to 4-hour hike allows for the observation of numerous species of monkeys, birds, and reptiles. Participants can also sail on a catamaran to see giant otters, turtles, alligators, snakes, and many other animals. OPTIONAL: night walks.

Manu National Park - Early in the morning, the tour observes the macaw clay lick, then returns along the Manu River by boat, observing the area’s rich animal diversity on the beaches.

Kosnipata Valley - Enjoy the therapeutic hot springs, and during the return journey by boat and bus to Cusco, strategic stops are made to observe the wildlife encountered along the route.

Cusco - After a journey filled with breathtaking scenery and wildlife sightings, the bus tour concludes in the city of Cusco. Transfer to the agreed central point, where services are provided.
