• Ollantaytambo - At 4:30 a.m., guests will be picked up from their hotel and transferred to the train station in Ollantaytambo. Here, they will board the train to Machu Picchu. Travelers will enjoy exploring the captivating Sacred Valley of the Incas, renowned for its stunning natural beauty, located approximately 15 kilometers northwest of Cusco, along the Urubamba River. The valley’s close proximity to Machu Picchu (just a few hours away) makes this journey through the valley an integral part of the route to the renowned Inca citadel.
• Aguas Calientes - Upon arrival in the town of Aguas Calientes, transportation staff will be ready to provide directions, and then guests will board the bus for the ascent to the Inca citadel, Machu Picchu. The journey will take around 35 minutes. Aguas Calientes is the nearest town to the iconic citadel of Machu Picchu, one of the world’s most famous tourist attractions. It offers the perfect blend of nature and culture, with excellent infrastructure for accommodations and dining. Strolling through the local market, visitors will find products such as textiles, ceramics, jewelry, and souvenirs crafted by local artisans. With the surrounding mountains, visitors can experience more than just a typical tourist visit.
• Machu Picchu - Enjoy a guided walking tour for the next two hours, providing an overview of the key landmarks and history of this mysterious Inca site. There will also be additional time to explore this fascinating location independently, relax, and take photographs. Based on the scheduled entry time to Machu Picchu, guests will discover the historical and cultural significance of the site. At the designated time, the bus will be boarded back to Aguas Calientes. Once in Aguas Calientes, there will be free time for lunch (at one’s own expense) before taking the train back to Ollantaytambo for the return trip to Cusco. Important: Tickets to Machu Picchu will be allocated based on availability at the time of booking. The first option will be Machu Picchu Circuit 2 (it is recommended to book this option at least 2 to 3 months in advance). Once tickets for Machu Picchu Circuit 2 are sold out, either Machu Picchu Circuit 1 or Machu Picchu Circuit 3 will be assigned.

Guests will be picked up from their hotel at 4:30 a.m. and transferred to the Ollantaytambo train station, where the train to Machu Picchu Pueblo departs at either 6:10 or 6:40 a.m. The train journey lasts approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes. Upon reaching Machu Picchu Pueblo, transportation will be ready to take guests by bus to Machu Picchu for a two-hour guided tour. There will be free time available for taking photos. The return train to Ollantaytambo is scheduled for 6:20 or 7:00 p.m., followed by a bus transfer to Cusco. Guests are advised to arrive at the Machu Picchu Pueblo train station half an hour early.

Note: Train schedules may vary based on booking time and will be confirmed according to the train company’s availability.

IMPORTANT: Visitors must exit the site within the designated time and cannot re-enter once they have left. Those who do not adhere to the entry and exit times will receive assistance from the appropriate authorities upon departure.
