An Unforgettable Machu Picchu Experience - The experience was spectacular from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized, from the punctual pickup and train journey to the unforgettable visit to Machu Picchu itself.
A special thank you to Isao, who made the experience even more memorable. His passion for the culture and history was evident throughout the tour, and he was an exceptional host and guide. We learned so much and truly appreciated his enthusiasm and knowledge. Highly recommended!

Great tine at Machu Pichu! - We had a great time at Machu Pichu. Our guide Isao was wonderful, he made sure we paused and enjoy the views, he took great pictures for us and also gave us the best explanations about the history behind this wonder. Also very the entire trip was very well schedule, every leg of our trip fell well scheduled and managed. We definite recommend Peru Hikers and Isao as a guide in Machu Pichu.

Our tour guide was... - Our tour guide was excellent. He took such good care of us, and was very knowledgeable. He also recommended the most amazing restaurant in Aguascalientes. Loved him.

Unforgettable Machu Picchu Experience - Isao provided an unforgettable and wonderful experience of guiding us through the city of Machu Picchu and the archeological site. He explaned the Incan history along with the later discoveries. He also helped us get some lunch and made certain that we caught the train back to Ollantaytambo. I also wanted to mention how well Peru Hikers organized the whole experience. From the driver Alex picking us up and dropping us off at our hotel in Cusco to/from Ollantaytambo train station, along with getting all the tickets necessary, to providing our guide, Isao. An experience we will never forget!

Adventure of a life time - The tour was very well organized. Which was important because it is long tour.
Our driver, Alex, made us feel safe and was attentive to our needs.
Our tour guide, Isao, was fantastic, sharing his extensive knowledge with passion and humor. He was extremely attentive and caring, even before and after the trip.
We could not ask for better team to get us thru this amazing journey.

Once in a lifetime experience - Our visit to Machu Picchu was absolutely incredible — truly one of the most awe-inspiring places I’ve ever experienced. The history of the Incan Empire is vast, fascinating, and deeply moving. What made the experience even more memorable was our tour guide, Isao. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, and his storytelling brought the history and ruins to life in such a captivating way. He also knew where to take all the best photos and did an amazing job at photography. This was an unforgettable experience and I enjoyed it even more than touring Rome and visiting the Colosseum.

Peru Hikers - the best way to go! - This tour is top notch. Our once on a lifetime opportunity to visit machu pichu was even better than we imagined it would be, thanks to the professionalism and care of the tour group.
Leading up to the tour, the communication was amazing. They made sure we knew exactly what to do, where to go, they wrote us, they called us the night before, they were in touch with us the day of. It was so comforting to have that guidance.
Julio was a great driver. He picked us up right at our hotel at exactly the designated time. The van was very nice. Julio is careful and made us feel safe and comfortable, even when a rock slide had closed the road in front of us. Even with that, he figured out how to get us to our train on time.
The train ride and bus ride to machu pichu are both stunningly beautiful. For the van, the train, and the bus, it can help to take Dramamine if you tend to get carsick.
Once at Machu Pichu, the real splendor began. Isao, our tour guide, greeted us warmly and gave us an absolutely wonderful tour! Even though he had given this tour many times, he had passion and excitement for everything he shared with us. He is soooo knowledgeable and cares deeply about the area. We learned so much and had such a good time with him. He also took better pictures and videos of us than we’ve had in a long time. He has a very artistic eye!
You will love this day.
