- SORAYPAMPA - Upon arrival in Soraypampa, enjoy a hearty and invigorating breakfast to fuel up for the day’s trek. Following breakfast, start the 1.5-hour hike to Humantay Lake, situated at 4200 meters above sea level. The trail provides breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, and on clear days, you can catch sight of the majestic Salkantay and Humantay peaks. For a less strenuous experience, horses are available for rent to ease the trek.
- Humantay Lake - Upon reaching Humantay Lake, there is plenty of time to soak in the site’s beauty. Enjoy the stunning views, take photos, make an offering to the Apus, and if feeling adventurous, take a dip in the crystal-clear waters when the sun is shining. After exploring and relishing the area, it’s time to descend back to Soraypampa.
- Cusco - The return trek to Soraypampa takes approximately 1.5 hours and is much easier than the ascent. Once back in Soraypampa, enjoy a well-earned lunch, allowing time to relax before the drive back to Cusco. Afterward, return to Cusco, arriving around 5:00 pm, with unforgettable memories from the day.

Excellent. - Excellent! Amazing ride! Everything perfect! Climbing quite difficult, lack of air, but the landscape at the end of the track is surreal! Worth every step...❤️

Excellent service - It is a magical place to visit, the organization of the tour with MEGA was great since they have excellent guides, transportation and food.
Throughout the entire experience, from the information to the tour, I always felt welcomed by the magic of each of the people I interacted with.

My Humantay experience - The experience is magnificent, however you must consider the height and the physical demands it demands, the guide SONIA is very friendly, and is attentive to you at all times, I highly recommend it. Nixon, the virtual assistant, was attentive to us at all times and even gave us a video call days before the excursion for questions and suggestions.

highly recommend! - highly recommend! professional, thoughtful, and helpful. we had a great time and they made sure everything went as well as possible. note, the bus ride is a little rough, so bring Dramamine!

Amazing experience - It was an incredible experience and a dream come true to be able to visit the humantay lagoon, Mega expeditions gave us the necessary support for this. We had breakfast and lunch, which were good, the guide was friendly and told us interesting facts about the place. Very grateful. I highly recommend

Horrible tour agency - Wouldn't give me an itinerary until it was too late to refund. Then told me I could get a refund if I contacted viator. Then they told viator they round refund. So I changed my flight to later to make the tour. Then they didn't show up. Horrible communication with the company. Ruined a whole day of my trip.
