• Pallay Poncho - Pallay Poncho Mountain, a stunning natural wonder in the Cusco region, is also known as Condorpa Sayanán (Place Where the Condor Stands) or “The Sharp Mountain” due to its distinctive shape. The journey begins with a pickup at 4:30 a.m. for a two-hour drive to Cusipata, where breakfast is served. The adventure continues to the community of Marangani, about an hour away, where the hike begins. The trek covers approximately 1.5 km and takes about an hour, starting at an elevation of 14,993 feet (4,570 m a.s.l.). The highest point of Pallaypuncho reaches 15,551 feet (4,740 m a.s.l.). During the hike, participants can enjoy breathtaking views of the Layo Lagoon, with opportunities for a brief explanation and photography of the stunning panoramic vistas.

On the return journey, there is an optional stop to admire the three bridges of Checacupe or the Raqchi archaeological site. Lunch is provided, and the tour concludes with an arrival in Cusco around 6:00 p.m., ending near the Main Square.
