Fun, Educational, and Delicious! - Ronal was very knowledgeable about all the different produce and products native and popular to Peru. We enjoyed the ability to go to the market, choose the meal we were making, and learn some about the culture and food. The food was delicious and the conversation with Ronal was informative and fun.

Authentic, cozy and educational cooking - Ronal is a great chef who talks passionately about his profession. He has an expertise on the ingredients and also likes to chat about other things. You taste a lot, make a lot and enjoy a lot at Ronal. The price seemed a bit high at first, but is definitely worth it. Also in combination with the market tour where you learn fun things.

The best experience and a must do in Cusco - Ronald is a legend. The entire experience was fantastic - from going to the market and learning about Peruvian food, to the clear and relaxed instructions during the prep, the involvement in finishing the dish and the amazing pisco. The ceviche was the best I’ve had! Couldn’t recommend him enough, a must do in Cusco.

Captivating Cooking in Cuscos - Great experience! Our host was a wonderful guide and teacher! We had a choice of two entries, two side dishes and two cocktails from which to choose. The Pisco Sour was the best we had ever had! Our host took us to the market and bought what he needed including some fruit, bread and cheese for tasting. When it was time to go, he even helped us secure a taxi! Wonderful, fun and hands on, tasty experience! He also sent us the recipes!

Informative and Fun - We had such a great time with Yohon learning about Peruvian cooking and culture. We had visited the market on our own but the trip through the market with him was so interesting. He answered a lot of our questions. We had excellent instructions with cooking our meal and we feel like we can create the meal at home. 10 out of 10!

10/10! Highly Recommend and Great Fresh Ingredients - This cooking class was a highlight of our time in Cusco! The husband and wife owned business was so personalized, market visit was really informative and interesting, and we loved that this was one of the only classes with lomo saltado option! Would highly recommend - great English as well.

Not only was the class... - Not only was the class fun, but the recipes are a great way to share your Peruvian experience with friends back home. The market tour was fascinating. We learned about all the different kinds of meat and cheeses as well as some of the unique items you can buy that may not be available back home.

Great experience and great food! - I had a great experience, it just so happened I was the only one that registered for the morning class so it was like a private lesson! Ronal and I went to the market and he showed me all the different meats, cheeses, breads and fruits in Peru and we bought some for the class. Ronal was very good at teaching me how to male pisco sour, cook Lomo Soltado and Causa Limeña! I will definitely be cooking some at home. Highly recommend, thanks!
