Cusco cooking class - First class - Mauricio Martinez the head chef ran a wonderful experience. We started at the San Pedro Market where Mauricio explained all the different types of food available and then he procured all the ingredients for the evening. We started by making Pisco Sours to get us in the mood for cooking. It was well-paced and we all enjoyed all the courses we made. An absolute must-do is visiting Cusco.

Brilliant experience and loads of fun - What a wonderful culinary experience with Mauricio. The walk through the market was very informative and educational on the different fruits, vegetables and seaweed that we don’t get back home. Then the fun began in the kitchen. Mauricio lead us through each recipe and we then eat our personal creations. One of our highlights of our visit in Cusco

Good dining option in Cuzco - Good experience in the city of Cuzco, we really liked the idea of starting with the market to understand where ca is product and continue in the kitchen making very good traditional Peruvian food. The chef who has accompanied us is called Mauricio, very close and professional.

Excellent (vegetarian) cooking class - We had a great experience with Chef Mauricio. Everything was lovely - starting from the market visit, to the cooking experience and delicious meal! They also accommodated perfectly for vegetarian options. Would highly recommend! :)

Amazing and unforgettable experience! - It was everything perfect! We had an amazing experience led by the chef Mauricio!
We started with a tour trough the Local Market where he did strategic stops and explanations very interesting and we got to understand the place!
After, on the beautiful space where he has the kitchen and the cooking area, he taught us with patience, passion and details how to do the dishes! We made it ourselves, and it was everything delicious! Ceviches, pisco, desert and local dishes! Really suggest to include on your trip!

Amazing experience of Peruvian cousine - We had an excellent cooking class with Mauricio. First he presented us the local incredients in the famous San Pedro Market. Then we made a full set of very delicous local dishes. We had our hands on in the cooking just perfectly to learn how to make the dishes. It was a very fun experience as well. Warmly recommend!

Great value and lots of fun - Wonderful intro to Peruvian food and culture. Mauricio was a great host and teacher. He had a lot to share and was patient with my Spanish, but also switched to excellent English when needed. The food was delicious. Great value for us.

Cusco Culinary is Awesome! - I went and got the solo experience from Mauricio, the chef, he's easy to be around and the space is very unique to Cusco, its clean, and the food we made was easy to do with a wide range of flavors that I really enjoyed! I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cusco. Don't miss out! ^_^
