Ascensores y Servicios Perú - In the Peruvian Cooking Class in Cusco, participants will learn to prepare either the traditional Cebiche or Lomo Saltado, choosing one to make.
Additionally, they will discover how to craft a delicious Pisco Sour and cook a classic Peruvian starter dish: Papa a la Huancaina.
The cooking class is entirely “hands-on,” allowing participants to prepare nutritious and healthy cocktails using the most representative ingredients (Pisco and fruits) under the guidance of a professional Peruvian chef. They will master the preparation of Cebiche or Lomo Saltado.
Participants will be able to make Pisco Sour and Peruvian dishes for their home gatherings.
At the end of the class, recipes will be provided.
- All food is seasoned with pink salt from Maras (Sacred Valley of the Incas).
