Amazing Incan ruins! - Learned so many new things and got to see amazing Incan ruins. Our guide, Jose "Lobo" was extremely knowledgeable and answered questions. I never felt rushed. We were given plenty of time to take photos and just take in the beautiful views. We also visited a llama/ alpaca farm and learned how to distinguish real alpaca from fake knots. It was fun and educational at the same time!

Great guide, great driver. Good option to spare yourself another 4am start! - Very comprehensive tour of the main Inca sites around Cusco, with a viewpoint and a llama sanctuary thrown in. Our guide was very knowledgeable and his level of English excellent. And little touches like the driver cleaning the muddy floor of the tour bus between visits was much appreciated. A civilised pickup time and a short ride to the sites.

Great half day tour! - We had Jose as our guide and he was great at telling stories and the history of the Inka empire. Just note that the alpaca sanctuary stop acts also as a shopping stop (though there was no pressure to buy at all and the explanation by the shop staff was actually interesting). Also you actually get to interact/see/feed the alpacas at that sanctuary stop too. Overall great experience.

Great half-day experience - ruins, history, alpaca & llamas! - It was my first time in Cusco and I was looking for a light/easy-going half-day tour to get me more familiar with the city and its history on a high-level. This tour addresses that requirement but also exceeded my expectations! The locations we visited were fascinating and more visually stunning than I had anticipated. I also enjoyed learning about the intriguing facts and backstory of each historical ruin from our tour guide (Jose), who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and keen to answer my questions. I also loved how he had a booklet of photos and diagrams to help provide more context on what he's sharing verbally. Interacting with the alpacas and llamas at the farm was also a nice experience. Tips: If it's your first day in Cusco, definitely spend a bit of time (have some of the local tea) to get acclimated to the elevation, as you'll be doing a fair bit of walking when exploring each of the ruins. Also, don't forget to prepare cash for the admission tickets and cash/credit card for some alpaca/vicuña wool shopping you might do at the farm.

Cusco and Inca history - Jose was a great and knowledgeable guide who took his time to take us to four sites, patiently explained history and what we saw including some fun anecdotes. Sites as such were a lot of stone walls and wide spaces which have it a spiritual air almost like Stonehenge. Saw wild Alpakas and llamas as well, highly recommend!
