• Sacsayhuaman - Continuing the itinerary, the next destination is the Sacsayhuaman fortress. This remarkable megalithic structure has endured centuries of earthquakes, and despite the damage inflicted during colonization, the site remains impressive.
• Q’enqo - Located a short distance from Sacsayhuaman is another significant Inca ceremonial center. The Q’enqo archaeological site was a place for rituals and sacrifices, as suggested by historians.
• Puka Pukara - Further up the mountains, there is an archaeological site with a fortress-like appearance. It is believed that Puka Pukara functioned as a military and administrative center.
• Tambomachay - Tambomachay exemplifies Inca hydraulic engineering. It features irrigation channels and three water fountains that continue to flow to this day.
