Good tour, good experience - Nice experience, complete. Positive points: very comfortable the transfer bus in the evenings, good assistance from the guys on the bus (Sergio and José Carlos), Alex was an excellent guide during the transfer by boat and on the islands, very rich menu at lunch. Negative points: they showed us only 4 islands of the Uros, they disembark you in one, they make doubt that it is real, extremely commercializing everything, quite unpleasant the situation; the transfer of the hotel to the ship and vice versa, very unpleasant, it was not understood that we were going to do until we reached destination.

Awesome Guides and Drivers - We stayed on the Peru Hop Bus in September 2025 between Cusco and Lima including a stay on Isla del Sol on the Lake Titicaca. Our experience with Peru Hop was very positive. Our Guide, Elmer, did an wonderful job und helped us through all our questions and needs. He gave us so many interesting facts about our different destinations and made sure that we felt always safe and looked after. The reservations within the Peru Hop App was perfect, we could even reserve front row seats all the time due to our VIP-status. We enjoyed many organised trips at the different stops and were happy that we didn't have to book all by ourselfs. The Guides and even the Drivers were always welcoming. We would definitely recommend Peru Hop, to everyone who is interested in seeing the country and doesn't mind long bus drives. Thanks for everything!

Hola Titicaca and Bolivia! - This was a very nice and memorable trip. We took the bus from Cusco to Puno and then cross the border to Bolivia. It was a tiring trip, but the tour guides took good care of us and made the ride easier. We had to get the visa to enter Bolivia. Our tour guide, Raul stayed with us the whole time and assisted us with printing documents and answering questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we catch up with the rest of the group and tour! Overall, we had a nice experience, and Lake Titicaca is truly gorgeous!

Recomendable - All right. Guides Luis and Juan Carlos fantastic. Just a but. The bus going from Cusco to Puno went down. We had to wait almost 2 hours to get a replacement bus. Perhaps the preventive maintenance of Peru Hop buses should be improved to avoid these problems.

Full Day Lake Titicaca Tour was a big disappointment. - I am writing 2 different reviews of PeruHop because we went on 2 different excursions. This was the first one. I was disappointed in the PeruHop 1 Day Lake Titicaca. First, we waited before and after our tour at a hostel that was not very nice. Secondly, the reed boat ride wasn’t very traditional. It had 2 seating levels made of metal scaffolding…not very traditional. Third, we didn’t get to see the temples on Amantani Island. The boat had to slow down because of dangerous wave conditions (the guide’s words, not mine). So instead of temples, we had 10 minutes to look around an uninteresting town square (or use a restroom). Then we had to suffer through even worse waves back to Llachon peninsula. If we weren’t going to see the temples, then I don’t understand why we “risked” dangerous waves rather than just skipping Amantani island and having an on-time lunch at Llachan peninsula. This was my least favorite day of the 20 days spent in Peru.
