Lomo saltado short class 👌🏼👌🏼 - Excellent experience and great environment. Good option if you don’t have much time for a longer class, plus you’ll have a delicious dinner. I went as a solo women traveler and felt comfortable during the class with chef Jesus and his assistant.

The most fun I’ve had in a cooking class. - Everything about the class was wonderful. Our chef Jesus was super friendly from the start and was very thorough with each step. He let us add up to 4 shots of pisco for the pisco sours and we had the macerated pisco shots. It was such a fun experience while also being super informative about the history of the dish.

Loved it! Would highly recommend - Loved this cooking class! Chef Jesus has years of experience and was knowledgeable on the food’s history. This class was about 1.5 hr, which was perfect for us, since we brought our 10 & 13yr olds. We made a pisco sour, a potato dish, & lomo saltado. It was all amazing! Would definitely recommend!
